This is not the typical gen z service you see so common now a days. Service is fantastic, staff is kind and the food is amazing. It’s my first time coming here and I really like it! Definitely will be returning.

Very relaxed atmosphere. I had the california omlette with a fruit bowl side.
Omlette very yummy and the fruit bowl lots of fruit and great variety.
I also had the iced Carmel crunch coffee, so good!

We stopped here driving from Prescott back to Phoenix and glad we did. The Colombiana in me loved their coffee, I drink it black. We had breakfast and the burrito and quesadilla were great. I recommend getting the green chilie quesadilla. Spicy with great flavor. Comfortable little cafe environment.

Carlitos Cafe and Coffee House is an absolute gem in Prescott Valley! We stopped in for breakfast, and the food did not disappoint. The Club Omelet was out of this world—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. If you're craving something with a little more kick, the Enchiladas were also fantastic, with just the right amount of spice. Even the rice and beans were a hit on thier own. Plate was empty when I finished
But what really sealed the deal was their Caramel Crunch Iced Coffee. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and rich, giving me the pick-me-up I needed.
The service here was beyond amazing—friendly, attentive, and fast! Plus, the restaurant was spotless, which always makes for a more enjoyable dining experience. I can't wait to come back and try more from their menu. Highly recommend!

Good food, but really expensive in my opinion. Paid $12 for a small sandwich and it did not come with a side it was just the sandwich.
