This is a good location for this Carl's Jr it right next to a few other fast food places. The staff is always very friendly. The food was hot and fresh. I will go back to this Carl's Jr.

Came in to pick up a doordash order and waited 5 mins until I was helped , then waited 30-40 mins to receive my doordash order because the employees were only taking care of the drive thru orders .. and making inside people wait almost an HOUR until they employees took orders for inside people.. the short big female manager with burgundy hair color glasses , very rude , telling staff members to just take care of drive thru and ignoring inside customer , and then getting an attitude with inside customers telling us they have full screen of orders .. , she needs to be fired ! I'm not returning to this restaurant while she is working their! ..

The girl, who had no name tag, who took our order on the headset first made us wait until the drive through had no other cars in it. Then, she did not care to speak to us, would not listen, making me repeat my order 3 times and failed to confirm my order. Speaking dismissively when she spokr. She was short, petite, with dark brown hair, an accent, and a poor service attitude, choosing to make asinine comments to other people who seemed to be other employees at the counter in the restaurant who would move behind the counter without a uniform and take whatever they wanted... Drink cups fir example.
We waited for over 15 minutes in the drive through for our order and I was able to watch everything transpire through the drive through window.
The food seems okay... so kudos to the chef.
Please train your drive through techs to communicate correctly and effectively...

I was really disappointed with the Western Burger deal. Despite being a good price, the burger itself was horrible. The overwhelming amount of sauce made it taste so sour and unpleasant. l also experienced stomach discomfort shortly after eating it. This experience has led me to decide not to buy from Carl's Jr. again:(

I eat all my meals at your Prescott Valley, AZ location and Christina always provides excellent customer service. She also asks her customers if everything is OK. In addition, she insists that the restaurant is very clean, wiping tables down, mopping the floors and cleaning the restrooms when not taking orders from customers. She definitely deserves a promotion!!
Parking: This location is in desperate need of a new parking lot. I don't know if Carl's Jr is responsible for those kind of repairs or if it falls on the property management to take of it, but it needs new asphalt.
