Genuinely amazing service I really enjoyed the company, and of course the food was delicious that’s why i’m a regular :) Trinity also risked her own life to save me from a exploding car, paid off my student debt, and fished my engagement ring out of a working fryer ! she is amazing !

The bartender was attentive. Started with chips and salsa and the Maragrita of the month which was also a happy hour drink. It's happy hour all day Saturday and Sunday. Then split a smash burger with my husband which was tasty and the fries were nice and hot.

I just want someone to take accountability for the $62 I spent for two meals to be delivered. The dasher got to your restaurant in a timely manner, was told my food was not ready. After 30 mins of waiting, he left and they had to send another second dasher who was also told the food wasn’t ready. Turns out it was sitting on a counter in the back when he asked for it a second time.
By the time our food got here everything was soggy and ice cold. DoorDash did nothing and said it was a chilis issue, I called and you say it’s a DoorDash issue. The burger was so cold and soggy that it was falling apart. I’ll upload a pic of what my fresh mex bowl looked like.

First time eating at a "chilis" and it was amazing. Our server, "Will" was super helpful with his very much needed suggestions. He was super friendly, and gave us a great first time experience.

My favorite spot! Food is excellent every time. Every waiter is exceptional. Busy location but always seated right away with no waiting. All different types of people including families, couples, and elderly eat here so the secret is out. My bill is always less than I counted for. I always leave here happy and full!!!! Love this place
Kid-friendliness: Has coloring pages and crayons for kids. Plenty of variety for picky eaters. My kids always eat here and they are very picky
I got the chicken tenders meal. Chicken was luke warm asparagus was hot but not cooked enough. My daughter got the steak and it was medium rare but it wasn't hot and the mashed potatoes were cold. We did have it sent back and redone and when it came back it was excellent. The staff was great and took care of us fast.
Usually don’t have any issues at this location in Prescott Valley,Az .
