By far one of the dirtiest chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Trash overflowing onto the floor. The drink counter out of silverware and covered in trash and sauce. The food is always sub par. Family and friends have gotten sick, or full blown food poisoning.

By far the WORST chipotle i have ever been to. Everytime i go there they are out of everything. Every person that works their looks like they hate life and are beyond rude. The food is always disgusting and terribly put together. Don't waste your money there. Even if you are craving chipotle you will be beyond disappointed.

Came here for lunch and wanted a chicken burrito bowl at 12:00 pm, but they ran out so I ordered the steak burrito bowl instead. The guy scraped the bottom of the bin to get me a few burnt bits of steak. After that, they ran out. Shouldn’t chipotle replace the bins when they are low? Why serve food like this at all? My bowl was inedible. I tried to make the most of it, but I was basically eating the black burnt specks from the grill. I had to throw it away. I was reading the rest of the reviews and it seems like management could care less about the place since this seems to be a constant issue that is not being addressed at all. Very sad.

My chicken was burnt and completely dried out. The employees were standing around talking as the chicken on the grill continued to burn for other customers. I was charged $2 for queso, which I had asked for, but regretted because it looked like gelatin from having sat at improper temp for too long and drying out. This was by far the worst food I've ever had from any Chipotle.

CALL BEFORE YOU GO! This location has issues waaay too often. Since moving to Prescott Valley 6 months ago, I've been turned away at least 3 times for either staff shortage, supply issues or days where they are "only taking online orders"... not a reliable place to plan to eat. Love chipotle normally but not if its a crap shoot of it being open to walk-ins. Staff is friendly, but be sure to call ahead!

Didn’t even order after walking in and seeing how foul and nasty all the food looked sitting out. I used to love chipotle and thought all the bad reviews were just stupid people but they really let this place go down hill. Food looks like it’s been sitting out all day uncovered. Black beans were drowning in juice and the pinto beans were dryer than the Sahara Desert. Honestly would do this town best if they shut this location down and put in a new restaurant that actually cares about quality of their food. Not to mention how many people complain about getting violently sick after eating here…. Sucks

I ordered online and went to pick up. There were 3 employees and no customers. My order was supposed to be ready and it hadn't even been started. They waited until it got busy to even start my order. When I asked where my chips and guacamole were I was told they were out. I said I paid for them so where is my refund? I had to go get my card and come back to do the refund. He didn't even offer me the refund of the missing guacamole from my bowl. Worst customer service and I had already paid a tip online. Because of this crappy service, I will never tip online again.

I tried coming here to have lunch. The building was empty of customers and completely filthy with the employees just standing around talking and on their phones instead of cleaning or making food as they were out of both steak and chicken. All the employees acted like I was inconveniencing them just by being there, and so I ended up just leaving without ordering. I will never attempt to order from this location ever again. Terrible service.

For the last trips and orders I have been served the most disgusting rice. Tonight was the last straw. These idiots need to start checking the food routinely, and replacing it if it goes stale if it is a grain product. I think it is extremely abysmal that every time I go to this specific location my food is practically inedible. These idiots need to seriously change their in store practices. If I could give 0 stars I would.
