Let's just say, it only takes 1 person to ruin the experience. Cashier asked if I could hurry and decide on what drink I want cause it's busy. He also said he wasn't trying to be rude but it is rude. This is poor customer service in my opinion and he won't last long if he keeps up with this attitude. I'm not cool with being treated this way and no one else should be either. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

I'm sad to say that this location sucks big time. We've had went there more than once and it seems like every week there is something going on with this place. We will not be coming to this location anymore. We've trying to be patient with you people for so long and it just seems like it's getting worse and worse.

Pre ordered my food and I drove from Prescott. To find them barely only starting my food. Then as I'm waiting I clear my throat, into my shirt mind you, and I get told I have to wait back since I'm coughing? Rude customer service where they seem to neglect online orders

Filthy store, rice was hard, my chicken was dry and burnt! I asked the girl doing online orders for some sour cream and she was irritated, direct to someone else, like cmonnn. Won’t be coming here again! Everything was empty and all tables dirty

This has to be the worst Chipotle in the country. They are always out of something, shorting something, or completely forget to give you something. They hoard all the ingredients like we're rationing for an apocalypse. Why is it so hard to get a LARGE bag of chips??

This place is wild. I had a lot of issues from the start but only one blew this entire thing up. When I went to order ( 11:30 am ) they had Rap music with vulgar music play in the back loud so you can here it out front along with the restaurant music which seemed pretty loud as well. Then only 1 person making your food and checking people out with a line of 6 individuals in line. She has and the other employees that are not help her just face jewelry all over the place making in look like some punk rock concert at Chipotle. So after waiting for a while for my food I finally get to have a seat and eat. My first bite contains a nice long black hair in it! So I walk up to the counter to complain and just stay standing there because the one girl is busy making food and checking people out. I see while im there NOBODY is wearing hair nets. So this is why I have hair in my food. I literally just left tossed my food and will not be returning. Hints the 1 star review.

Absolutely wild, this Chipotle experience.. My mother and I went in, last night, around 6:30pm. They were out of carne asada. Whatever, that’s fine. I asked for a salad, with carnitas. This is the very first time I had ever asked for the lettuce on the side, so it isn’t wilted when I have leftovers.. And thank goodness I did — BECAUSE THE LETTUCE WAS ROTTEN. It would have ruined my entire meal, had I not ordered it on the side.
I had it off to the side, down the table, whilst I was eating at home — and I could SMELL how rotten this lettuce was.
Like, forget to throw the salad bag in the back of the fridge away kinda rotten.
It blows my mind how an employee saw that, and thought it was appropriate to serve and sell to someone.
All around, employees didn’t have great attitudes.
I was given barely any carnitas — to the point of needing to cook a steak I had, at home, reserved for another meal; because I barely had any meat in my bowl.
I got Chipotle because I didn’t want to cook, last night — and ended up needing to, anyways.
Thank goodness I had some lettuce, on hand, also.
My mother got a carnitas bowl, and was charged near $5 for double carnitas — when she didn’t order double carnitas.
We didn’t notice all this until we were on the road, and back home — because of how chaotic the employees were, when making the food and checking us out.
Also, the chips were ridiculously stale; tasting days old.
AND TO TOP IT OFF.
I wasn’t gonna write this review. I was gonna call Chipotle, and speak to the manager to, simply, ask for refunds — for the extra meat, from my mother’s order; whilst asking for a full refund, for my order.
However, I can’t — all because it’s an automated system, that can’t understand basic English language.
I, clearly and calmly, went through the motions with this automated system — and it began going in circles, my having to repeat the same thing, multiple times.
Then, it began trying to take my order.
No one has time to deal with that sort of crap — or the experience we had, from this establishment, last night.
I intend to go in there, today, and request the refunds. Though, between being unable to even easily contact the store manager, over how poor an experience this was, at their location; and seeing the recent very poor reviews, similar to my own experience — this review felt reasonable to leave.

This is my first review I've ever wrote in my 60+ years. I will never eat at Chipotle ever again. The food is so bad now and when you mention it to the employees they act like YOURE the bad guy! Chips taste like poison, the steak was bad and the guacamole was old and brown. Such a terrible experience.
