You should probably change your hours so people dont think you are actually open at 1030am. Got there at 1035 and nothing is even close to ready. A bunch of customers walked out. The only employee that seemed to care or be aware was the guy with the tattoos. He gets a 10 but can’t carry his apathetic, unprofessional team to anything more than two stars. Someone from corporate should really pay this place a visit.

They gave me half a scoop of rice. When I asked for more, they were scraping from the bottom of the container. They then proceeded to give me the most meager amount of chicken I've ever received. The staff were nice at least.
Depends on how many staff are there. Most days I go there's one girl by herself with no one else trying to push through a rush of like 8 people with no help at all. The lobby is usually filthy. If there's enough employees it's generally a fine establishment.

After standing in line for a while because only one person was working the front and after seeing how she didn't wash her hands before handling food and kept tugging at her pants while making food orders, we left. That's not clean and honestly kind of gross!
It was 12:20 p.m. and they were out of tortillas for burritos. So I opted for a bowl which was okay and probably more healthy for me but I really wanted to have a burrito for the road.
