Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Service was very slow. Had to track down a waitress to take our order. We had 3 different people wait on us. Didn't know who our waitress was. Our meal was warm. Which I ordered a skillet meal and though it was good, it needed to be hot. This is our 2nd time that they were short in staff

Consistently great food & service! Prices are pretty good comparatively speaking to other places.

The pancakes were burnt on one side and not fully cooked inside, the eggs were cold and bacon needed to be cooked longer.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food. Dumpling were too doughy. Chicken was delicious as were the seasoned green beans.

This was the second time in a month that me and my wife got up and left after 15 minutes just waiting on drinks.we will not be back after this one.had a bunch of waitresses standing at the kitchen just talking away and looking at us but not doing their jobs.

I wrote my review once & it was very quickly removed as l expect this one is be therefore l will go farther to inspect the reason why. Must be why there are only good reviews published! We had a Valentine's meal this wk which was billed for around &60. Meal of steak which was all gristle, couldn't cut with a knife or chew, shrimp which were so heavily breaded u couldn't tell till scraping off breading that shrimp still had the shells on! Now judge for yourself if you want to pay for a meal like that!!

Cracker Barrel is always nice for a homey feeling meal. This time we were blessed with the sweetest waitress. It made a typically nice experience even nicer.
