Culver’s is always fantastic but this location has big Eric energy. In a world where many customer service interactions rarely involve more than the bare minimum required to complete a transaction this locations front of house is engaging and had great manners. Ordered curbside-checked in but food never came. I went in to get food-only 1 customer ordering and 6 workers doing nothing but no one stepped forward to help me. Finally got food and most of the order was wrong. Food piled and smashed into one bag. Sides all dumped out and smashed. Not happy with them at all. Happened on a Saturday evening.

I was visiting my Prescott Valley Culvers last week during a rain storm. One of the employees was waiting at the door offering to walk people to their cars while holding an umbrella. Who does that? They employ the kindest group of young people. Food is great too!
