Ordered curbside-checked in but food never came. I went in to get food-only 1 customer ordering and 6 workers doing nothing but no one stepped forward to help me. Finally got food and most of the order was wrong. Food piled and smashed into one bag. Sides all dumped out and smashed. Not happy with them at all. Happened on a Saturday evening.

I was visiting my Prescott Valley Culvers last week during a rain storm. One of the employees was waiting at the door offering to walk people to their cars while holding an umbrella. Who does that? They employ the kindest group of young people. Food is great too!

Always busy but usually great food but I ordered the Patty melts it was not one of their best burgers it had one ring of onion it was greasy would not be one of my suggestions but their butter burger is great

We had an early dinner there this afternoon. Selene was our cashier. She was efficient, kind and looked very sharp in her uniform. She happened to be a shift chief or leader. Humble and sweet. That’s Culver’s. Great store.
I always love the service and warm approach from the staff here but today they went above and beyond. I left an id badge from work there and thought it was lost. Two weeks later getting my order, the lovely and incredibly competent Selene brought it attached to my bagged order! I was impressed and delighted! It made my night! Thank you for going above and beyond and taking the time! You guys do not cease to impress me!

Culvers is so delicious. Everything on the menu is yummy. The kids meals are a great deal and they are a good size. I order a kids burger and it fills me up. Plus it comes with a cream custard cone.
