Culver’s is always fantastic but this location has big Eric energy. In a world where many customer service interactions rarely involve more than the bare minimum required to complete a transaction this locations front of house is engaging and had great manners. Thank you Culver’s for the good food and thank you Eric for the great service.

I was visiting my Prescott Valley Culvers last week during a rain storm. One of the employees was waiting at the door offering to walk people to their cars while holding an umbrella. Who does that?\n\nThey employ the kindest group of young people.\n\nFood is great too!

Always busy but usually great food but I ordered the Patty melts it was not one of their best burgers it had one ring of onion it was greasy would not be one of my suggestions but their butter burger is great
