My medium vanilla cone was 1/2 the size of my husband medium chocolate/vanilla swirl cone. When my husband told them to remake it to the same size a (very rude) female employee actually weighed it as and argued it was to correct weight and medium vanilla cones are always half the size of swirl cones. This female employee was lying to us as the week before we each had a vanilla cone larger than either at this disgusting PV location and two bucks cheaper. Scottsdale employee was kind with a smile. PV employee was rude with a scowl (anger) on her face.

We’ve tried to visit this place 3 times in 4 yrs. Each time we’ve visited it’s the same story. Super slow service, employees that clearly don’t care and they are ALWAYS out of something we want to order! Never fails. Giving up on this place.
