This is in response to Hannah thew. This location has come a long way from where it was before. Everyone is working together to try and make it a good experience for all guest and employees. It’s a shame you chose to do what you did when I was in the lobby. And as far as you not being paid correctly, if you were on time to all scheduled shifts your pay WOULD be correct! That’s your choice NOT management. Your reason for your review was due to you being terminated due to your outburst, also your choice. Management works very hard to try and keep ALL employees happy . If you can’t be part of the team then you’re probably better off somewhere else. The consequences are from your own actions.

On July 14th at approximately 1PM, I was in the Drive-thru with 1 car in front of me. I waited 12 minutes to place my order. When I finally got to the order speaker I was told to wait again. I waited 2 more minutes and decided to leave. I could not believe it was taking about a quarter Of an hour just to place my order. It didn’t appear As if the restaurant was on fire, so I couldn’t imagine what was happening. Maybe not enough staff or mismanagement. So much For fast food service.😠

We pulled up at 5:30 pm. The manager was unlocking the doors for two employees and said that food wouldn’t be prepped for service for at least 30 minutes. We went somewhere else for dinner.

Just moved to the area and decided to eat at Del Taco for the first time here in Prescott: Valley, AZ. Hannah handled herself very poorly. No acknowledgment from her as to welcome or be with you in a minute. There was a customer standing in front of me with oxygen, and she was worried her husband would go into a diabetic coma because she too stood there for an extended amount of time. Hannah was rude and unprofessional. Unlike Del Taco, where I'm from LHC, AZ, which is amazing and on point with their customer service, buzy or not, this was extremely disappointing.

Dirtiest restrooms and floors I've ever seen at a Del Taco location. Will it stop me from coming here for my guilty pleasure fast-food Mexican lunch at least once a week? You know it won't, lol 😅😬 The cleanliness of the bathroom of a Del Taco is inversely proportional to my enjoyment of the food there.
I love the Carne Asada Street Tacos which are delicious. The meat is perfectly seasoned and a great quick snack on the go or as a dinner option. I wish I could fibd Del Taco everywhere but sadly I only find them out west and not in NY.
I'd rate negative stars if I could. You hire horrible people and the manager needs to be fired immediately

I pick up 2 tacos and a burrito for late lunch on 6/4/25. This was the WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER TASTED. I took 2 bites of the Tacos and one of the burrito. The rest went in the garbage, it was inedible. Needless to say - that was my last purchase from Del Taco

I am from the Southern California desert where Del Taco originated and I absolutely love Del Taco.... However, this location for those who don't know any better is so far off from what Del Taco should be!!!! Its sad. Even the Kingman location is a hundred times better. Grossly understaffed, not clean, and completely empty for good reason!!!! Whoever the franchise manager is for this location really needs to step in and take inventory or close the doors permanently because it doesn't deserve to stay open the way it is currently.

Honestly, idk how this del taco stays in business. I ordered 4 chicken tacos on DoorDash and none of them had sauce in them and the chicken was over seasoned. Fries came super soggy and limp. Didn’t give any napkins. I’ve worked in food/bev before and the job is not that hard. I gave two stars because the food is edible I suppose and the other times I’ve driven thru the service was nice …but it probably has roaches and I’m still mad about eating dry tacos.
