Five of us stopped for breakfast. The food and service were very good. We occasionally stop at our Denny’s back in Michigan and this one is much nicer and friendlier. It may just be the area, but most prices were about $1.00-$1.50 higher than back home.
Just returned home from lunch there. Place was NOT BUSY AT ALL. There was no hostess to greet us, we sat ourselves. We asked the lady in the both next to us to please tell waitress we were there. My friend was on a time frame. We waited and waited. Knew what we wanted, took her forever to come for our order. When it was time to pay, my friend stood there for at least 5 mins waiting to be checked out. VERY POOR SERVICE. WE MIGHT NOT RETURN!!!!
Would have given 5 stars, but they no longer serve pies. Its been about a year since our last visit up North and when we head to our vacation home in Sedona, we stop in PV at Denny's for a quick rest for coffee and pie, before heading the rest of the way to Sedona.
The new manager made us a banana split and a cookie brownie sundae and the split was a nice treat, but the brownie sundae was way to sweet.
Really wanted the french silk pie.
