There are two workers here and all the tables are dirty and they aren't even busy. The girl working is more concerned about hanging out with a boy and the guy working stuck his arm in the ice-cream bin and his arm was touching it which seemed very un-sanitary.

I ordered a midnight Dunkin’ coffee I said I don’t see it on the menu and she said that’s alright I can make it for you. It was not brewed from the midnight Dunkin’s beans but I guess just saying no we don’t have that here is not a sale so just serve up something

I have gone in during every single promotional offer Dunkin donuts has done over the past 2 yrs . Is Dunkin donuts never manages to have any kind of promotional items except the travel mugs and I just find that very funny that all of the places around town get their promotional items that we see on our social media platforms on our emails on promotional flyers even commercials and this play never knows what they have never knows what they're going to get all their donuts are literally always stale I mean the minute that they you pick one up their rock hard and I find that amazing as every other donut place in town manages to keep their donuts nice and fresh. Head over to Bosa Donuts over in Prescott Valley off 89 way better service cleaner facility better donuts.

Quick breakfast this morning was great. Ordered on the app and everything was ready when I arrived. The person at the drive thru was handing me a hot drink but took it back and said it wasn't hot enough so she had it remade. Wow. I really appreciated that attention to detail. You can tell the ladies working the window care about each order.

We ordered 2 drinks. Both were made incorrectly! The guy asked same questions like 3 time...what size, want ice...we'd repeat answer and he'd ask again. $15 wasted. Hubby threw his out and we shared mine even though it tasted like oat milk & no strawberry flavor. Won't be returning. To expensive to just throw out.

It took 22 minutes to get my “hot” Ham and Swiss croissant. When I asked they said the drive thru was busy and wouldn’t entertain a refund. When the sandwich finally came it was literally refrigerator cold in the middle. Save your money or take it somewhere else.

My son really likes their milk shakes. It is a real milkshake as far as I know, so the price is higher for the quality - but it is spendy. That is the only draw back. $9.60 for a large. Again, real milk in a shake nowadays is going to demand a higher price. Inflation is a killer!

When their busy...all bets are off. Gotta say the word FROZEN i guess with the new coffees. Asked for the new pecan coffee and they wanted to know if I wanted cream and sugar. Don't sell the new frozen coffees here I guess? One person working the whole store and I didn't have the patience to be told I'll be helped a third time. This location is good for one simple coffee order when they're slow.

I was in the store to do some work but the music was too loud. I told the manager that I was there for some work, then about 30 minutes in he disturbed me in the middle of it. He then proceeded to make some comment under his breath and walked away, but he kept staring at my direction as if I was doing something wrong.

The gentlemen who helped me the times I came here were so patient, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my order and got exactly what I wanted. They were also fast and professional.
