When their busy...all bets are off. Gotta say the word FROZEN i guess with the new coffees. Asked for the new pecan coffee and they wanted to know if I wanted cream and sugar. Don't sell the new frozen coffees here I guess? One person working the whole store and I didn't have the patience to be told I'll be helped a third time. This location is good for one simple coffee order when they're slow.

I was in the store to do some work but the music was too loud. I told the manager that I was there for some work, then about 30 minutes in he disturbed me in the middle of it. He then proceeded to make some comment under his breath and walked away, but he kept staring at my direction as if I was doing something wrong.

The gentlemen who helped me the times I came here were so patient, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my order and got exactly what I wanted. They were also fast and professional.

Pulled up to drive through at 428am....(I know it opens at 430) The person in drive through scolded me and told me I screwed up her time on her clock....then had me pull around front to wait 13 minutes as 4 cars got their orders behind me....firstly, im sorry I was early 2 minutes, but waiting 13 minutes for an order at drive through is a lil excessive and messed my time up... I felt like I was being punished...lol.

I really hate to do this because I love Dunkin but lately I’m paying almost 7 dollars for a cup of ice. Baristas need to understand that coffee is the one thing giving people the will to live and when you get a cup of ice, that will dwindles. Photo is after one sip- can’t even fit the straw in the cup. 7 dollars for three sips- do you think I’m a Kardashian? Do I need to pay 14 dollars for six sips?? Don’t tempt me!!

730pm very few donuts ask if I could get a few glazed donut wholes for 1 of my reg ones out of my half dozen, as there are not to many donuts left. Answer No. Bad customer service and place was dirty went to sit to eat donuts not a clean table.

We've been going to this Dunkin' donuts for years and I grow up on Dunkin' Donuts. This location, probably all of them, have been steadily declining over the last year's. I might as well just go get donuts from the grocery store because they're going to be better quality. We went through the drive-thru today and when we got home I had discovered that they had messed up our order, not to mention that they all taste stale. One of the last times we went I swear that some of the donuts had been sitting out for 24 hours because there's no way they could be that hard otherwise. Poor quality and not the best service
