They never get our order correct. I can't tell you how hard I stress VERY LIGHT ICE, VIRTUALLY NO ICE PLEASE because I'm super sensitive to cold and I've gotten more ice than drink. This is 100% the case every single time I've used the drive through during the week in the morning. I even asked the manager at the window if I asked for very little ice. She said yes, then hands me my drinks with mostly ice!!! My husband a few days ago had ice literally from the bottom of the cup all the way to the top. He took maybe 4 sips and it was gone. We are paying $5 for a large drink to not even get enough liquid to fill a small cup On top of that, if they even do manage to put light ice which is rare, I always ask for and pay for an extra shot of espresso to bridge the gap to make up for the missing ice so that I get a full cup. Well whether I get that shot or not, my cup is literally never full, ever. It's usually only 3/4 of the way full. There is only one person who has consistently made our drinks correctly, I wish I knew his name as he is fantastic, but the manager scolded him for filling up the cups all the way on our last visit. Every other location I have gone to always fills it up to the top, they use extra milk if they need to and have no problem, so why is this location so stingy compared to the rest? I wish there were another location in PV, I would rather drive all the way to the Prescott location than give this location my money. Customer satisfaction is apparently not in their vocabulary.

When dont go to get ice cream often but my son asked for his birthday we wrre the ONLY people in the restaurant a d only came for ice cream around 7 pm the two female staff members were sooo rude and made it clear to us we were NOT welcomeI felt so bad for my son because he never asks to do this kind of thingThis was a first an last visit for us.

Unpleasant experience here. So bad that I haven’t been back. In short I had just moved to town and I had some friends and family over helping me unpack. Naturally you should feed them right? Well, my sister and I drove over to Dunkin to get a dozen bagels and some coffee. Got once price at when we placed the order. Which seemed a tad high, but that’s fine. When we got to the window it had jumped up over an additional $20 or so. Apparently because we asked for cream cheese you don’t get a tub. But little individual ones for a couple bucks each. Well we were stuck at that point. They just kinda insinuated that we should know and what not. To add insult to injury the bagels were not fresh at all. Won’t be back.

Well I go in this store bout 2x's a month for a while. I would like to say that the folks that work there are great. They really are.It's a busy place so you may have to be patient.If you like coconut doughnuts ? like I do get there before 10am. They go quick!
The customer service was good but "smh" the sandwiches yes plural I bought 5 breakfast sandwiches and the were unedible and I had hungry grown men who eat anything also I bought a dozen of the smallest doughnuts I have ever seen the were good just small but I don't think I will be back...

Training new staff not professional they do not follow messed up food in drive thru with pick up order needs to be looked also staff needs to work on order taking and ability to find orders
