I just don’t get why it takes 30-40 minutes to get a drink. I’m better off driving to the Prescott location and getting a drink there.
Literally have been in the drive through line for 20 minutes before deciding to review. There’s still 3 cars in front of me. Literally don’t have time to wait 35 minutes in a drive through for coffee. Ridiculous.

Very amazing staff, had an amazing interaction with an employee that treated me very respectfully and even connected with me personally
First time experience at a Dutch Bros. Awful drive thru service by person taking order. paid and was never told a total before or after payment. Its a one and done experience for me!
