First time experience at a Dutch Bros. Awful drive thru service by person taking order. paid and was never told a total before or after payment. Its a one and done experience for me!

Why does it take over 30 minutes to get two coffees from your drive thru? When the 3 cars & I received our drinks we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to finish the first cars order so we could exit your drive thru. WHY???? NEGATIVE 10 STARS FOR SERVICE
