We LOVE el asadero. We’ve been coming here since it opened. We’ve since moved out of state and whenever we come to town it’s a must to have a meal here. In fact it was my daughter’s birthday and her one wish was to have breakfast here.

We had the Sonoran hot dogs, pozole, chicken tacos and quesadillas. Everything was SO GOOD! And the portions were so generous, matched with such reasonable prices. I don't think I've ever seen a quesadilla more loaded with carne asada. So. Good.
The owner was so sweet and accommodating and came to ask us about our meal personally.
Great atmosphere, great service, great prices, great food. We'll be back every time we pass through Prescott Valley!

Great service, delicious food, and very clean restaurant. The carne asada had such an amazing flavor! Everything tasted so fresh. Another reviewer said don’t sleep on the quesadillas and they were so right! I had the asadero quesadilla and LOVED it.

El Asadero is a very clean restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious. The waiters and waitresses are lovely and always provide excellent service. The owners make themselves available. All in all “El Asadero” is a clean friendly place with delicious food and wonderful workers.

Food is always good, and I would recommend trying this place, but we tried bringing our dog here to sit on their nice outdoor patio today, and we ended up having to leave. It is on me for not calling before to check to see if it is okay to have dogs, but what is the point of having a nice outdoor patio if you aren’t going to allow dogs too?! There wasn’t a single other person sitting outside, and it seems they even have a little pen for dogs to play in. It made no sense. They lost our business today, and I like to support local businesses as much as possible. Would recommend changing this policy. We went to Five Guys burgers and fries after, and a massive chain even allows dogs on their outdoor patio.

I love El asadero! Their food is authentic. We typically go for breakfast and order the Chilles deluxe with Carne Asada on it, this dish is full or flavor with just the right spice.. We also order a large bowl of Pozole. The pozole is full or flavor and is a good serving for 2 or more. The service is very friendly and they treat us like family. I recommend El asadero to anyone who asks "who has the best Mexican food around".

We had a wonderful first experience at El asadero pv. This is a cozy and friendly family run business that offers delicious and authentic home cooked food. We found the meat quesadillas were absolutely delicious as were the burritos. We want to try all of the selections, but it will be difficult to not order the quesadillas again. We. will definitely be back here again and again to support this business and it's wonderful food.
