I love El asadero! Their food is authentic. We typically go for breakfast and order the Chilles deluxe with Carne Asada on it, this dish is full or flavor with just the right spice.. We also order a large bowl of Pozole. The pozole is full or flavor and is a good serving for 2 or more. The service is very friendly and they treat us like family. I recommend El asadero to anyone who asks "who has the best Mexican food around".

Stumbled across this place after looking for a good breakfast on yelp. This place is outstanding. It is Mexican food and this place did not disappoint. The menudo was flavorful and cooked perfect. The portions were large and a good balance of meat and corn. I had the chilaquiles and the last in our group had the American breakfast. These also were great tasting. Would highly recommend this place for outstanding Mexican food. So much so our golf group went back the very next day for lunch. Even though it was 20 min before closing and we were a group of 8. We were still treated to another outstanding meal and they patiently waited for us to finish our meal Our server was patient, fun and accommodating If you are in Prescott do yourself a favor and try this place out. You will not be disappointed

A new place to grab a good Mexican meal! This place is definitely tucked away in an unexpected corner along Robert Road in Prescott Valley. If it weren't for the red light we caught, we would have never seen it! It is actually a home turned diner with ample parking in a back lot. It is open Wednesday thru Sunday from 8-2 PM and breakfast is served only until 11 AM. They do serve menudo and pozole on the weekends until they run out! YUM! I will have to try some next time for sure! Now for the food... We ordered the carne asada burrito and a torta. All burritos come with beans, rice, and pico de gallo. The torta is fully loaded with lettuce, tomato, and avocado and served on a warm hot bolillo (roll). The torta could've used a bit more meat, but it was very tasty. We asked for hot salsa and it was spicy! Loved that! The one thing missing was the free chips and salsa that I'm used to getting at a Mexican restaurant. We ordered some as a side and unfortunately, they weren't the best. They looked like they were store bought and we just happened to get the bottom of the bag... a whole lot of bits and pieces! Service was exceptional. Place is very clean and there are plenty of tables both inside and on the outside patio. They do not serve alcohol, but that's not going to keep us away. Note to self: Drink a beer before!

We had a wonderful first experience at El asadero pv. This is a cozy and friendly family run business that offers delicious and authentic home cooked food. We found the meat quesadillas were absolutely delicious as were the burritos. We want to try all of the selections, but it will be difficult to not order the quesadillas again. We. will definitely be back here again and again to support this business and it's wonderful food.
Donya, our server, was very sweet and helpful. They were out of sour cream and served something else...crema de something. Very delicious and similar to sour cream. I had the torta with barbacoa. Wow! Amazingly tasty! Beautiful large patio with lots of outdoor eating areas. I highly recommend the barbacoa and I'm excited to taste more items from the menu.

Have only had breakfast there--twice-- so can't speak to lunch, hamburgers, etc. Breakfast was okay, limited menu, French toast served on an ice-cold plate. Other food was good.
