The food was incredibly good, and our server, Heidi K., was very attentive. We had the best breakfast we'd had on our entire 3 day trip to Prescott at this IHOP. Kudos to the Heidi for her sweet smile and positive attitude!

Is the management so bad that they cannot keep a staff at a busy Restaurant. 1 waitress for 30 guests. Poor woman was running and dealing with everyone. Get your staff together.

Had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, we were ignored by the wait staff. The server who seated us took our drink order after 15 minutes . When we got our food, her chicken was burnt. The server took forever to fix the burnt chicken. Would not recommend.

Went to ihop on a friday night at 1am and was never seated. My party of 3 and 5 other guests walked out and went to their competition Dennys and were seated immediately. Thank you Denny's.
