First of all, they need to reupholster their booth seats. They're pretty bad. Second of all, the service could be better, but the waitress was alone last night. It's just that it took a bit for her to greet us and a crazy long time for her to take our food order. The group of 6 boys that came after us actually got their food before we were even able to order. I was telling the waitress about our long wait, but she decided to give me a little attitude about it. She should've apologized or at least showed some concern instead. She treated things better later, but by that time I wasn't very happy. I gave her an okay tip when she deserved less, but that's the decent person in me. We also didn't get a top off on our coffees for quite awhile. The food costed more than it should, but that's our inflated economy these days. An extra $2.25 to change buttermilk pancakes to pumpkin spice pancakes is also too pricey in my opinion, but I wanted to try them out. The meat was a bit greasy for both me and my wife, but PV's Denny's was worse the 2 times I went there a few years back. The whole experience was low to mediocre. The food was okay as a whole. I did like the flavor of the pumpkin spice pancakes as well as the hash browns and scrambled eggs. My wife liked her pancakes as well, and the T-bone steak was okay. Thank you.

The food was incredibly good, and our server, Heidi K., was very attentive. We had the best breakfast we'd had on our entire 3 day trip to Prescott at this IHOP. Kudos to the Heidi for her sweet smile and positive attitude!
