I don’t understand the low rating. We came a bit after 5pm and were seated right away. Place was spotless including the bathroom. (I have a physically disabled child, that’s a big deal for us!). Any way the girls were friendly and accommodating. Food was hot and fresh. 👍🏻

As I walked through the front door and smelt thee most amazing scent of breakfast, I was quickly seated by an amazing server named Dani who was on top of assisting me with my every need! She seemed as though she was one of the few servers you'd see everywhere you looked as though she was assisting the entire restaurant! The food was phenomenal, and even that's an understatement! Made the exact way I asked, and I have been told I am extremely picky with my foods. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be making a return; as for you, I highly suggest you give Prescott Valley IHOP a chance at changing the way you breakfast!

Most importantly, if Lisa Marie is serving, get her. She is engaging in a world that is not. She is a sparkle in a world of gray. It is an IHOP. It is exactly what you expect. My wife loves the crepes and it is close to home, so why not.
