Service was good, the place was clean. Went in there, especially for curly fries and was very disappointed to receive burned, cold ones. Brought the Smashburger, which was good, but I think the fries were left over from a previous order, the last of the pan.

I normally have a great experience with Jack in the Box; yesterday, not so much. The onion rings were fresh and hot, but my grilled chicken was old and chewy. I did report it because I didn't see anyone who looked to be in charge (or even interested). Also, it was a fairly long wait for the food. (5:30, Saturday, January 11th)

We eat here often on Sundays and it is generally good, but this Sunday, January 5, 12N ish the service was mediocre, my chicken fajita with no lettuce was cold, had very little chicken, a tiny bit of cheese and one tiny piece of tomato. My husband's burger was also barely warm.

Some of the tables have napkins under the legs to keep the tables from tipping and tables were dirty.

This is not the usual, but I think management needs to look at the people they had working that shift.

So when I walked in, I noticed the trashcan was full, the one on the outside, the one on the inside. Look at my taco! I also noticed there were seven people standing around behind the counter and out of the 14 places to eat, 12 were dirty. I MEAN, REALLY TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR JOB AND WORK.

Several times when I have visited this place when I placed my order I was informed that they were out of stock in part or all of the items that I wanted. How disappointing. There's a couple of items I have yet been able to try because of this happening. They never seem to be prepared for the sales they advertise. The food is good though that I do get.

Great burgers there. We had the double burger and it was excellent unlike the pathetic Carl's Jr in Prescott Valley. Could use new furniture though. Hard and cold. Uncomfortable.

Ordered jr cheeseburger with bacon. There was one tiny sliver of bacon on the burger. Had to wait behind 4 cars to get order.

The soda machine needs attention. It doesn't have all varieties advertised and leaked water continuously. Nice employees and speedy service. The dining room isn't very clean. We've been many different times of day or night and there's always multiple dirty tables. The staff does a good job of getting the food orders correct.

Employees and manager CODY were very rude. I brought it to his attention and he did not care. I asked for corporates number and he ignored me and told me to order somewhere else. I would not recommend this place ..

So dirty inside and full of flys. The dining area was so dirty and the floors were full of trash and food tables not cleaned off and full of flys everywhere employees didn’t care and just messing around in the back.
