Horrible customer service and outrageously priced. I told them I didn't want my biscuits and the guy came back to the window and told me my order increased from $50 to $59 like dropped my jaw pay more because I said keep the biscuits thats crazy af. I drove away and went to Kanes. Never will I come back to this location again. I get the same meal in Cottonwood for 25.99 not $50 bucks something fishy going on at this location.

Chicken was under cooked. 2 hours later my wife threw up for an hour and I had a very upset stomach. Fair to say food poisoning. She has called multiple times to report this to the manager, and no one ever answers the phone. We were there between 5:30p and 6:00p 10-14-2024.

Creepy I wish I went with my instinct Today I felt like I should just drive away and not even pick up my order at the window. The lady there was slurring and so unable to communicate on the speaker, But at the window I could see it was real. Closing eyes white talking and drifting off and slurring. I went through the drivethru around two o'clock on this day. 10.10.24. But the food was horrible, something was really wrong. Even the gravy had stuff floating around in it it was just super gross. I should have gone with my instincts and just driven away. Because I sensed something was not right.

My chicken dinner was extremely dry. My boyfriends chicken was nice and juicy. Very disappointed!
I revoke my previous review. This place has gone donehill. The food has repeatedly been under or over done, when I mentioned it the staff is rude and the food is refused to be replaced because of me "having one bite".

The restaurant is dirty inside. The staff aren't always helpful (I have also seen staff sneeze directly on the food), but for some reason the mashed potato famous bowl is the only thing that helps my migraines

Now I know why I haven’t been to the KFC in Prescott Valley for months… I ordered a classic sandwich and the chicken wasn’t even close to be fresh…. Who knows it might have been made hours ago… ate half of it and threw the other half away which I hate doing but it was a terrible sandwich and tasted hard as a rock..,no more KFC for a long while… what has happened to the colonel I use to love KFC but not anymore…so sad…no QC or accountability as far as what goes out the door. Cliff

This is the 3rd time we gave KFC another try and it will be the last! Our chicken was cooked to death, crust so dark had a burnt taste. The cole slaw was good as usual, potatoes ok, gravy was good, no honey or butter for the biskets. We're done!
