Leff-T's Steak House & Grill

The waitress we had was okay, not great! When she came back to pick up our completed transaction she checked to see how much tip we left her, and said that's good. Had we known she was going to see her tip amount right there at our table, we would have left nothing!! Very unprofessional!!! We will not be returning!!! Also prices have gone up and quality has certainly gone down!

Their steaks are cooked to perfection and the house salad here is great!

Not impressed at all with their burgers, very dry and absolutely no flavor we tried salt and more condiments but nothing helped. We won’t be back

Just want to say, the servers and staff are a cut above. Been to this restaurant a lot of times, but today (February 1, 2026) was an outstanding experience.

We live in Phoenix, but Prescott is our second home. We always frequent Leff-T's when we are in town! Best steaks and homemade food that mom would be proud of! It's close enough for even a day trip for lunch! The real personalized license plates lining the walls will give you plenty of laughs you wait for your food. Let's talk about service! It's local, it's real and it's extraordinary! It's what you would expect from a small town restaurant that cares about everyone coming through their door!
I have nothing negative to share about this place! Give it a try instead of just driving by!

The soup and chili were really good, the chili had just enough zing to perk me up. I had the ribs, good flavor meat just fell of the bone. YUM and the baked potato. The drinks came fast. Our waitress was and cute quirky. It has a laid back vibe but I felt the ribs were expensive.

Went with a group of about 8 people during a weekday, it was pretty empty. When I ordered my second drink, it took about half an hour to get there and we were already ready to leave by then. I ordered a qusadilla without anything besides chicken and cheese, which arrived with tomatoes and cilantro on it. When I ordered, the waitress asked if I wanted extra cheese (not mentioning it costs extra, I assumed it was to replace the extra items on the qusadilla) so I said sure. The check came and it had 2 charges of cheese on it (why not just 1??) for my meal and ANOTHER 2 charges of cheese for my partners meal, who did not want extra cheese.
One person in our party didnt even get their food. When they said something, the waitress said oh we will make it real quick, and he said to forget it because he wanted to leave but they INSISTED on making it after they tried to decline multiple times. When their check came, the food they said they didnt want was STILL on the bill. I was amazed at how absolutely horrible the staff was here. They will try to pinch a penny at every single avenue they can. Horrible horrible place and I will never go back. I have no idea how most of these reviews are positive.

The food was and staff was amazing! 😍 Our favorite dishes were the chicken and wild rice soup, chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, cheese burger, Reuben sandwich and french fries. The fries were my favorite! We stumbled upon this place from Google maps as we were passing through to Williams. It was so good the first time that we decided to go back on our way home. Will be stopping by again if ever in the area!

The server took my order then forgot about bring the food out. 15min later when the server finally came back to the table, I told them I didnt get my food, they said they'd bring it out in 2min (took 10min. ) I told them that my party had already all finished and to cancel the order they persisted. Brought out the food 10min later and put it on the overpriced check. The burger was dry and unevenly cooked. This entire time leff-ts had 1 other table to wait on, so it wasn't like they were busy. Im not a McDonald's guy but their service is leagues better in addition to the food. And you may say its a steakhouse what would you expect out of ordering a burger, my party also got steaks... they all did not finish the meal. Save money and eat at McDonalds, youll thank me.

A year ago I ordered a steak. It was half fat I sent it back and got the other half. Very disappointed and will not be returning
