Small, yet yummy place. I enjoyed my food and there were specials that we didn't try but I have a feeling it would have been good. We will swing by again on one of our visits to Prescott.

Recommend this place. Got the Al Pastor tacos and there are only a dollar each at the time. Pretty good!! I will definitely be going back.!!! Service was good clean place. Good all around.

Ordered 2 hard shell beef tacos, 1 chicken hard shell taco. The whole chicken special with rice, beans. Tortillas, chips & salsa that they offer on Th. & Sat. And a burrito 3-way Chile Calorado. The burrito was okay, the chicken was over cooked and the 3 tacos had hardly no meat, and hardly had no Lettuce, and too much sour cream which made the tacos soggy. Not my favorite place to have Mexican food close to home. Sorry!

Best Mexican food in the area!

Overall this place is really good! The salsa is the only item that needs work. Everything we ordered was authentic and delicious! Highly recommend!

went there for breakfast burritos and honestly, the service was great but the food was very average. if you want good breakfast burritos, go to Alfonsos in Prescott (next to Trade Joe's). their burritos are way larger and they actually have bacon which Maya does not.

Hidden little gem, serving delicious authentic Mexican food!

Check the reviews...I'm the first...ever. I still eat at Maya's at least once a week, or more depending if I'm in Prescott Valley on Thursday or Saturday when they do their chicken meal-deal. They still have THE BEST salsa anywhere, and I buy a vat of it each time we go. I'd bathe in it if it didn't sting in the nether regions. Still the best Mexican food anywhere north of Mexico. Still family owned, and it's been a joy watching the kiddos grow up right in front of our eyes. Can't believe ya'll have been in business now for over 15 years! I remember when it was a little white building with incomplete drywall inside!

The employees were terrific.
I ordered a three-way carne asada burrito. The meat was a little bland. The meat was at one end of the burrito then the rice, then the beans. Kind of silly. Wasn't all mixed up.
