Ordering through the kiosk might be tricky for first-timers, and service can be slow as the restaurant is extremely busy and does not have enough staff to make a quick drive-through or a fast experience indoors. Some customers feel alienated by the lack of visible menus indoors. Despite this, prices are reasonable, and the staff's exceptional service stands out.
