Went to the Drive-thru. Mistake number 1. Ordered the big breakfast no biscuit extra sausage patty. they charged me $1.99 for the extra patty that I DID NOT RECEIVE! Very disappointing. I don't mind paying, however I want what I paid for.

Was very disappointed with my iced coffee. I asked for an iced coffee with caramel and I literally got caramel milk. I would attach a picture of it if facebook would allow me to. I was not coffee. I've had this iced coffee before many times for many years and never received a "coffee" like this ever. Never order that at this location again.

McDonald's is a popular spot with great staff who go above and beyond for customers, including very nice people like employee Carl who has a good attitude and treats everyone with kindness. Ordering through the kiosk might be tricky for first-timers, and service can be slow as the restaurant is extremely busy and does not have enough staff to make a quick drive-through or a fast experience indoors. Some customers feel alienated by the lack of visible menus indoors. Despite this, prices are reasonable, and the staff's exceptional service stands out. Customers love the food, including the Bacon McDouble, Large Mocha Frappe, chicken nuggets, milkshakes, and the amazing Arch Burger.
