Not family friendly anymore. They are more focused on drive thru, or take out. They can't seem to get it together gor people ordering in the lobby.

Hate to say this as I usually don't write bad reviews. My general rule of thumb is I will give a restaurant and or a place of business three opportunities before writing anything about them.Both good or bad. This is my third time of having the same terrible service and lack of caring at this restaurant. Can't say its lack of employees as there seemed to be an overabundance of them. The staff was very rude, uncaring, and even some employee yelled at a customer for no real reason granted.I was an observer, but just don't understand why this happened. At this point in time would say that I will not be back here for what it's worth not that that really makes a big deal. But this restaurant better pull, it's head out of its rear or eventually, due to the cost of things people will find someplace else. I really just wanted some McDonald's food. I.e. the hash rounds as they are my favorite. She's a disk on the burger king, as is just down the road, always have great service there

Ordered ahead, pulled into space, notified we were there. After 20 minutes of waiting went inside and asked the employee why is it taking so long. He said can't you see we are busy. Very Rudely. Then he went back grabbed the bag and handed it to me. Terrible experience today.

I placed my order in the drive-thru, no problem there. I went to the first window, and the older male (cap, glasses, salt/pepper hair in a ponytail with a sweatshirt on) at the window stated, "Oh! With the voice-over the speaker, I expected you to have your hair done and makeup on! Wow." He shook his head and said " Wow " repeatedly while he ran my card. Um. My turn to say "Wow" I only replied with "That was in another life, like 20 years ago. Anyways, have a good day." Offensive, unprofessional, and extremely unkind.
