It may be that someone was having a bad day, and I was unlucky… my first visit to a Mod pizza. I get the basics but I had some questions.

I felt like I was being a real bother. I’m a very friendly guy but the vibe was BAD.

I guess I just really felt unwelcome.

Got my pizza to-go but I had to wait to eat it until I got home because it wasn't cut and then I had to microwave it because it was cold :( there is no spot to report this on the order or I would have. Super bummed.

This particular MOD pizza is managed very well. It’s always clean. There’s always excellent customer service. Everyone has a great attitude. This past week when we went in twice, Jane was there. I watched her just cleaning and detail, and she was super accommodating when we messed up our order. Keep up the good work!
