Worst Pizza Hut ever. Placed delivery order twice. Spent hour on phone. Promised credit from Manager never received. On hold so long call disconnected. They had my phone number never called back. Do not use Prescott Vlasey store. Consistently worst experience

I had to give a one star to be able to add a review.. Terrible place with horrible customer service. Unfortunately I had (past tense) to pick up orders thru DoorDash and I waited patiently an hour with no complaint,still yet I got yelled at and kicked out in front of all the customers for no reason. By Manger and admitted I said nothing rude. Still yet she took the her frustration out on me because her employees didn’t show up to work. Honestly I can’t see why!!

They added a call center which can be annoying but they tell me to Press 3 as soon and it starts ringing to get their store instead of the call center!

This place has really done a 180 from where it was! The new management is not only amazing but a delight to talk to. And IF you ever have any issues that GM Brittany Nation will handle it in a very professional positive man that is very friendly. So if you are looking for a nice night out with the family to enjoy some delicious pizza in a fun positive environment, then pizza hut in prescott valley should be a place to visit!

So 2 days ago my mother ordered pizza hut 0rescott valley on my husbamds card waited 2 hours for them to claim they never got our order our card was charged 85.06 and they refuse to anything about so I guess we can get ripped off for hundreds of dollars and they won't honor it even thos the statements say that 85.06 was taken off our card this is robbery I feel like thay are crooks. And it's not their problem any ideas of what i should do they claim to never have gotten an order even when we showed them our available balance and bank statements
