Who in their right mind decided to go with a call center in India? These people do not speak English and always mess up your order when you ask to be transferred to the actual store they just loop you back to India….PLEASE GET RID OF THE CALL CENTER!!!!!

VERY VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I come in drive thru some.lady says be right with you , 5 minutes goes by still waiting.... I pull up to go inside no employees or customers are inside the except for one employee who is vacuuming.... The customer service is beyond trash , I guess the employees are too busy partying and drinking in the back somewhere ...... PLEASE CORPORATE FIX THIS LOCATION

I wish I could put no stars this pizza hut took so long 30 minutes past our time given. Then when we got to the window they got our name she got our pizza and wings then left it right in front of the window and then left and other works kept walking by and not helping us walking past not saying a word we waited 15 minutes there looking at our food then we just left because no one came.

It's pretty annoying to call and be sent to people who can't understand what I'm saying, then to be dropped 3 times, and then transferred to Georgia for some ridiculous reason. Ya'll make a ton of money and can't hire some people whose first language is English.

The food was hot and ready to be picked up within minutes of the online order. Bland pizza (ordered the garlic sauce instead of marinara) and did not enjoy the "donuts" which were more of a beignet without the sugar dusting it should have had. Otherwise a great overall experience. Nice people and a clean environment. Would go back.
