Prices are way too high. Three construction guys just came in here and looked at the menu long and hard but couldn't find anything reasonable so they left. This place is for people with more money than brains

It was fast efficient and the guys John and Freddy and the back cook was a great team work guys

I ordered online at 4:27 and came to pick up at the time it was estimated to be ready, which was 4:45. I waited in the drive thru for a few minutes, and when the employee finally got to asking for my order, I informed her that I was there for an online pick-up order. She said ok, and I waited another 10 minutes before getting to the window. There were 2 cars ahead of me.
When I got to the window, it became very apparent that the order I had placed 30 minutes prior had not even been started. I sat in the drive thru with my car off from 4:50 to 5:12 before getting my order. Without any explanation, interaction....nothing. just a half-hearted apology for the wait. Terrible customer service.
The food was mediocre. The chicken tenders are chewy and dry, as was the chicken sandwich.
Don't bother ordering online. You'll still end up waiting forever for them to make it.

Update- just tried this place again. It is still awful. Sat in line for 15 minutes with only one person ahead of me and maybe 3 people inside. They got BOTH items on a very simple order wrong, and the chicken stripe were thin, so hard they were inedible, and not spicy, as ordered. Never again. This place sucks consistently and takes forever.

You guys have a really solid night crew...I enjoy coming in and interacting with your staff...there always friendly...they strive to make things right when there's a wrong...Jon is always pleasant....food is always fresh....best chicken place in town

They forgot half my order and the chicken tasted burnt and super greasy. Biscuits are hard. Will not return. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Nice if they actually had some chicken when you came here. The last 3 times I have been here.We have had to wait for them to fry out more chicken and it is not because they are busy. No one in the dining room, one car and the drive through and maybe 6 pieces of chicken cooked up.

The spicy chicken sandwich is a guilty pleasure normally, but not today. Was only given half of the food I ordered in the drive thru, had to park and ask for the rest. They gave me old ghost pepper sandwiches that they said “aren’t going to sell anyway”.

There was one car ahead of me at 3 PM on a Wednesday. The car ahead of me finally got tired of waiting and went to the window to order. A young man then took my order. It took 32 minutes for me to get to the window and another five minutes to get my order. Food was pretty tasteless and the coleslaw was terrible. The employee was pleasant, but no apology or excuse was made for the long wait. It seemed crazy to me.

The chicken 8 piece was very dry. Not sure if it was from the day before. But the two chicken sandwiches were the Bomb delicious recommend them highly
