Ordered 2 carne asada burritos not sure what we received but they were absolutely horrible!! Some kind of meat burnt up mixed with a ton of pico. Just threw $25.00 down the drain.

I thought this place was open " 24-7 " like it's ADVERTISED on the building .. so why was this place closed last night when I come thru to pick up a Uber Eats order ?? Change your advertising if your not gonna stay true to what it says on your building which says , " open 24-7 " , or close your doors to make room for a Mexican restaurant who will be open late at night.

It's a basic burrito house. No frills. Good honest food. I get the Arizona burrito every time.

Worst service ever we got there and we had to wait in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes cause dude was getting lucky while on the Mic and then got to the window and got a breakfast potato burrito that was the same size as a beefy 5 layer burrito from Taco Bell and they were asking 10 bucks lol.. so if you want a Happy Meal size burrito this is the place to go if you want real food your better off going too a gas station lol..

New guy they hired at night is the absolute worst. Doesn't listen and I have to repeat myself EVERY SINGLE TIME, repeats it back to me but it's never right, charges me for what I ordered then it's almost always missing all sides or huge part of meal. He can't seem to grasp the concept of actually putting the extras and sides in after charging me for them ??

Please understand that I'm not the kind of person that's a harsh or a negative reviewer but I will write a fair and what I see has a truthful review nonetheless. I try to focus on the positives and just touch on the negatives as all places have their good and bad days. That said, this was my second time at this location in Prescott Valley AZ and has been years apart but they're consistent, the service was the same both times. They get a 4 star rating in this because the consistency both times. It seemed that taking my order was a bother to them. No smile, not even fake one, friendliness or welcoming. I often have questions on what I can or cannot change on what I'm wanting and this time wasn't any different. After taking my order, the person in the back of the house, according to Gordon Ramsey and what he calls it, but whomever is in back making up the order seemed to work in a timely manner which suggests that the food wasn't premade and it being a sign that they, at least, assembled the ingredients verses having the food premade and shipped frozen only needing reheated. I could've been fooled on this. Pricing was a tad higher than I'd think for the type of service provided. I really do feel bad in comparing this restaurant prices and service to that of Taco Bell just a few restaurants down the way, however I'm thinking that Taco Bell might be the better option in the future with pricing and portion sizing. The food I had ordered wasn't that flavorful. What appeared to be a lot, its really just appearance. The amount of wrap, say my burrito, was little ingredients verses the thickness and a lot of wrapping/dough. Just as an example of what I feel being much too high in price was the addition of just sour cream. If I recall correctly it was listed at $2.19 for a small scoop. For that price I could've gone to the grocery store located just behind this restaurant and purchased a whole container of it for less, or there about. While waiting on my order, I wasn't looking up at the ceiling but something caught my eye and noticed how well the interior was/wasn't kept up. My pic might be hard to see so I'll attempt to explain what I saw. It appears that the plastic or whatever material was starting to separate and show exposing insulation. This wasn't just happening in one particular spot but rather at several different places and all of which was directly above dining room seating. I'm not sure if any of the insulation is capable of dropping particles on customers food or if it's not really a problem as I'm not a person with skills and construction experience. It looked bad to me and just gave me a glimpse of building maintenance. With regard to customer facilities such as the restrooms, I wasn't able to observe them since they had the doors locked. They did have a big hand written sign saying no public restrooms. I'm sorry about not being able to see inside and if it's really ADA accessible. Being disabled myself I like to share information for others whom might be reliant on mobility devices. Just because wheelchairs can pass through the door, it doesn't mean there's enough room for transferring from one's wheelchair to the commode. I wasn't going to ask for a key since I feel this shouldn't be needed. (What immediately came to my mind is that movie of Dumb and Dumber where the restroom key was attached to a concrete block). Not sure why that dumb movie immediately came instantly to mind. Hours of restaurant service is 24hrs a day. I'm not sure if that's just the drive through or if the inside dining area is included. 24hrs is easily seen since it was posted on every side and in big signs on the buildings exterior. So in closing, I'm only able to give this restaurant a score of 2 stars for all the reasons I've listed above. I think this rating is fair and perhaps a tad on higher then others might say, but I try to look past some things and rate as a whole. Every business has ro

Better food, better prices right down the street at multiple other restaurants, namely, El Gordos.Same food is $15 dollars higher than surrounding restaurants, and they will still forget to make sure it's all there, then you'll wait another 20 for them to correct it.

Food is great but the service and drive thru are horrible!! It takes more than 20 minutes for your order to be taken and 20 more minutes for 1 burrito to be made…

Spent 36 bucks and they couldn't bother to put lettuce on 6 tacos. This is just pure laziness. Literally the cheapest thing you can put on a taco. I thought they were better than Alfonso's, but alfosonsos don't omit the lechuga. Get help if you need it. Take time to prep.

I’m a fan. The food is always fresh and tasty. No complaints. The tacos are awesome and the breakfast burritos are something you can’t miss on. I’ve always gotten them delivered. Haven’t been inside. Nonetheless… Quick, tasty and fresh.

The breakfast burrito egg and potatoes or with bacon is outstanding and enormous. Im not the biggest person but I could have shared it. The quesadilla is also great but huge. Which is good. I ordered two of each for me and my wife and an extra burrito for mom we all enjoyed the food but the check was very big for a burrito stand basically. $60 it's probably the size of the food and we could have ordered half and been full and then it would have been $30. Lesson learned. I will be going back and recommend that you try it as the food is fresh and tasty. Just watch the price. I would have given 5 stars had the server at the window had told us how much food it was, but that a minor issue as she would not know that I dints need all that food. Hope this helps people to try it just don't let you stomach tell your brain what to order or you'll have a $100 mex take out bill. lol.
