Best Pizza I’ve had so far in Prescott Valley. I had it delivered. Ordered a small pepperoni and sausage and it was perfect. The size was just right for one person. Equivalent of two regular slices. Was cooked to perfection and tasted great. Will go back again.

Arrived today at 25 after 11 to beat the lunch crowd, did not help. Although the place was empty it took 35 minutes to get a pizza. Our server was prompt coming to the table but it was down hill from there. They kept walking past our table with take out,so it was really evident they value them more than the people who actually took the time to come in. Sitting there for 35 minutes would it have killed them to offer us a little something while we waited? Then a lady with a pony tail and glasses,I guess she was playing manager today, says our order will be out shortly as they had gotten really backed up with take out. Seems they have not managed the fine art of of interspersing the whole in and out thing. Finally our pie came out and was not what we ordered. We asked for really light on the cheese and what was presented was like double extra cheese. We told her we could not eat that. Then she wants us to wait even longer for them to make another one. When I complained about the long wait for the food in the first place and now this, she cops a huge attitude, and starts telling us we can just leave, an offer we could not refuse. As we were walking out of the place she is yelling at us the whole time. The only thing I caught was "people make mistakes". She was right our mistake was coming here in the first place. For a place that serves mediocre italian food at best, the staff should not be so extremely rude. ( we are from Philly , this place would not last a week there). If I could find a way to complain directly to the owner I would point out that this woman should not be allowed to interact with customers and should be limited to carrying the take out to the front counter. The sad part is we bought $75 worth of gift cards at costco that now we probably will never use. Plus I had to go back to work with no lunch. Good times

We loved pretty much everything we had here. I did wish the ranch was a little better, but it’s an Italian restaurant. The fresh basil on the pizza was my favorite part!

Been to the Prescott location and was blown away by the entire experience. This one not so much. Seemed under staffed. You could tell our server was new he was trying very hard and was really nice but he was very overworked. (but they have this really neat robot that brings food out.(I like people more than profit)The staff seemed like they were not in sync. The aps took a long time and the calamari was chewy.I ordered chicken marsala, and it was sort of bland. And I’m known as an under salter. For me to say this it’s something.I had an old-fashioned and it was pretty damn good .Maybe the newness of the place takes a little more time for them to get in sync .I’d give it another shot. There’s always room to improve.

I had the chicken pesto and it was delicious! And good happy hour prices on drinks. Our server was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

The food is really good and so is the service but the loud playing music was awful. We went there to have a nice dinner with friends but we couldn’t hear each other very well because of the loud music. It’s really nice inside and it doesn’t any tunes playing. Please owners squash the loud music, people like to visit in a peaceful atmosphere and eat good food.

Pizza had virtually no sauce and very little flavor the 18 inch pizza could have fit in a 16 inch box. Service was great and the place was nicely done.

Service is slow and added toppings are too expensive on a pizza!

Over an hour for 1 pizza and 1 pasta dish. Ordered diet Coke, they didn't mention they only have Pepsi products, just gave me that. I strongly dislike diet Pepsi, they should make you aware. Wrong pizza arrived, pasta still wasn't there, asked for it to go as we were late. 75 minutes since ordering.

Great place to bring the family, awesome that they support local fundraisers. We were created nicely and seated rather quickly. Food was ordered and serve quickly as well. The kids enjoyed their pepperoni and cheese pizzas.
