I try not to leave bad reviews unless they are really deserved. I am sorry but the employees they have working at this location are absolutely the rudest people. I tried contacting corporate to let them know about my bad experience and got no reply at all. As a fellow food service worker and owner I find this to be very unprofessional. If I ever had a bad review due to my employees being rude and unprofessional, it would be addressed right away to prevent it from happening again. I cannot say all the employees are rude but one in particular is Haley. She really needs some training on how to properly deal with customers and the right way to speak to them with respect or ahe should probably look for another job that does not involve working with customers. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

I had placed a mobile order, but accidentally chose wrong location. I understand how frustrating that is for them. When calling to cancel the order and see if I could switch the location, they were absolutely no help. Told me they could not refund me or transfer the order. When asking for a manager they would not give me one. When I asked who the manager was and when he would be there , they told me they could not tell me . When I asked for a phone number to contact for help on the order, they could not provide me one. She was very rude and unhelpful. She told me there was nothing that she could do, and to figure it out on the app. I understand my situation was an inconvenience, but a little assistant or compassion would have been nice.

Sonic in Prescott Valley is definitely a don't! Ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers for the family, with small fries 🍟 and drinks. Each Burger only had a quarter slice of bacon! There must be a bacon shortage, lol 🤣🤣🤣 The meat Patty was dry and tasteless, the dry bun was too large for the burger, so you really paying for a big bun! ( ! ) So for $10 a meal you get a big dry bun! ( ! )

We like going out for ice cream often. We decided to try Sonic in PV. Both sonic blasts had nothing in the cup but ice cream. They threw some on top and that’s it. We stopped the server, let her know, waited 15 minutes! She comes back and says, I’m not going to lie. I totally spaced it. This won’t be our ice cream place again.

Its went down hill. Ordering on phone app is sketchy, sometimes it works, sometimes not. Pulling up to try to order on kiosk is challenging g if not impossible. Go to somewhere else that wants the order.
If I could give 0 stars I would. These are the RUDEST workers I have ever encountered in the customer service industry. When I received my drink and asked her to remake it, the manager came over and pulled the lid off and stated “it looks fine” and refused to make the drink. Does this look like a slush you would want to drink?

Ordered 3 medium drinks, total price was $11.54. All 3 drinks were filled 3/4 with ice and very little drink. 2 limeade, and one blue slush. For fast food prices versus quality of service and food items, I am removing Sonic as a place of value for my future purchases. Extremely disappointed.Also my drink was a strawberry limeade, with extra strawberries. I was informed by the clerk that the strawberries were on the bottom of the drink. I received a lemonade with no strawberries, but plenty of ice.
