Nothing like a cherry limeade or some tots or a hot dog to bring back Nostalgia of eating out and having a great time with your friends. I recommend Sonic to anyone looking for a quick bite and refreshing drinks.

I placed my door dash order at 1115 pm last night, the driver got there at 1130 pm and they told him they never received my order and then when they found out how much was in it they refused to make it. The driver said there are issues at this location everyday. Based on all the mostly negative reviews you should really close this location down.

I have never had bad experience like I did today. The girl named Morgan she was disrespectful and had an attitude w us and messed up our order like I have always gone to sonic and never had experience like I did today plus she had bad customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would let me just start with how bad the service was, the employee who brought me my food was not only disrespectful but also very rude and had a huge attitude problem and also had no customer service skills at all whatsoever i believe her name was Morgan girl with long black hair it was tied up she was in black leggings as well, and on top of that the atmosphere was just straight up gross. Spilt drinks on all the tables trash cans overflowing. I will not be back anytime soon and this location was my favorite but after this experience never again will I bring my family here. And when I called the manager she said “I will talk with her” and that’s all I got from me expressing my frustration and concerns about my experience.

Every time I come here it's a 30 minute hold time in the drive thru....I will never understand why it took so long to get two drinks ..but I will come back because it's sonic

Just ordered a medium blast that had next to nothing in the way of Reeses. I basically got all vanilla and not what I paid for Didn't want to turn back after being half way home.

We love sonic but having to wait 20 min for a single drink is outrageous. When you have a line of cars what happened to helping the customers with single drink orders if the people in front are waiting on other things? I just went and again waited 15 min they gave the car behind me my food before me and they had 2 large bags of food how does that make sense? We get home and the burgers are not even put together falling apart so sloppy! Management is so worried about charging for extra sauces and can’t even get the food presentation or customer service down.

My boyfriend eats there at least once a week. It never fails they get the order wrong. We use the drive-through every time. Their speaker never works or is very hard to hear each other. The wait is ridiculous. There is new staff every time. It seems like chaos going on inside. Kids screaming and playing, definitely not taking care of business. I dont eat their food. But they stay open later than most places so that's why we return.

Every time I come here now I have to wait at least 20min for my food even though I placed a mobile order and you'd think it be fresh with how long the wait is but nope it's always cold. Wait 20min to get cold food, I'll be the only one there sometimes and the wait is still ridiculous and food still cold. And most the workers are always rude and have attitude, I'm a nice person and it upsets me when I get such attitude from them. You order sauce and have to pay for it and when you ask because it wasn't in your bag they roll there eyes and Huff and puff, like I paid for the sauce it's not that hard to put it in the bag, theres no need for attitude.

This is absolutely the worst Sonic in the nation. I travel all over and this has to be the absolutely worst Sonic ever. I’ve been going there for over 20 years because it’s the only one in town. But when I go other places or even up to Prescott, the service is completely different. I’m venting because I ordered a mozzarella stick and a Coke and I asked for extra ice in my Coke and for extra marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks. The order came out and I asked if there was marinara sauce she said yes, I looked in the bag no marinara sauce! I said can you please bring me back two of them she said yes. She came back out and said this is going to make you upset, but my manager will only let me give you one marinara sauce or your mozzarella sticks. After I ask for two when I first ordered, they didn’t tell me that I could only get one. And the fact that they never even put one in my bag they should’ve given me two and they came back out.
