I want to personally acknowledge Jariet for his service in my review.
He didn't have to, but he saw my girlfriend feeling ill and he gave her a free cookie. She was having a diabetic low, and was waiting for me to finish ordering a cookie for her with another employee who was also giving beyond amazing customer service. I think his name was JC!
You know we come to this Subway occasionally, but today was different. Not just my sandwich that was delicious but the service was just Warm and Welcoming especially on a cold wet evening. We came on Tuesday May 6th around 8pm when it was very rainy.
To whoever is in charge. Make sure these guys get at least free meals for a WHILE. They're some of your best workers, that's important to have nowadays especially with how high turnovers and rare talent to find is. Thank you so much for reading, we will be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

(forgive me for typo on the spelling of his name) but Jerrit was absolutely AMAZING!! he mentioned being glad to be back after 4 months of being away and his service was spectacular. friendly, attentive, wasn’t afraid to spark up conversation, overall the experience was the best i’ve had at this location! the location is always great but today was spectacular. 10/10!!!!

Prior experiences coming to this location was very pleasant. However, the older lady with gray/silver hair was rude from the get go. A mistake was made and she got huffy and puffy when making my and my partners meal, then all of a sudden her attitude changed with the customers after us. Maybe we caught her at a bad time but getting snappy at me for her not asking about ingredients was not appreciated at all. Of course it's just a sandwich but I did not like the bad customer service. I've worked in retail/ customer service for years and even when put into stressful or overwhelming positions I've never taken it out on customers.

Went today, Asked the Employee for the least cooked bread (I saw some in the looked A pretty good colour… I despise overcooked bread). I’m small and I couldn’t see what she picked for me. By the time I saw she had gotten the most overcooked burnt bread I had at subway in a long time. But she had already put the meat on top. The closer she got to me the more depressed I got because I could tell it was just horrible. Got home and it is as hard as a rock (I did not toast it). 15$ Down the drain and an entire meal ruined. I’m going to have to rip the entire top off to make this edible. I’ll be taking my Business to the other subway in town from now on… They actually listen to me and get me the bread I want.

Went inlast night and totally ingnored by both wotkers. The one worker was helping a cutstomer however the other worker was no where to be found. He went in the back of the resturant came out a few times and went to the back. Never acknowleged us or offered to take our order. Will never go back
