Just had the weirdest experience here I will not be going back for a while as I was left extremely uncomfortable. Im certain the employee who was taking my order was heavily intoxicated and I just couldnt imagine going to work in those conditions let alone someone in the food industry working like this. I ordered two sandwiches and the guy wouldn't stop talking about a poster on the wall instead of focusing on making my order correctly. And to top off the overall horrible experience he put another customers sandwich in my bag which I had to dig through to give the guy his sandwich back since all of them were wrapped and closed. All I can say is I am disgusted and sad because this location is right near my work and good for lunch but I will not be back while an intoxicated man is making my sandwiches.

Don't bother ordering online. They will toast your sub set it on the counter watch you walk in not taking an order and leave it there for 15 minutes while everybody else gets their sandwiches. Only to find that the double meat you paid extra for is not double or even 50% more. 26 bucks for 2 6 inch sandwiches and six cookies. I hate to say it but just schlep your butt into the walmart subway. The workers were overwhelmed and I do not blame them.

Both sandwiches were wrong, both were on stale, dry bread, one bread was incorrect completely, cheese was left off on both sandwiches, the cold cut combo only had bologna on it. All the other meats were left off.

He didn't have to, but he saw my girlfriend feeling ill and he gave her a free cookie. She was having a diabetic low, and was waiting for me to finish ordering a cookie for her with another employee who was also giving beyond amazing customer service. I think his name was JC!
You know we come to this Subway occasionally, but today was different. Not just my sandwich that was delicious but the service was just Warm and Welcoming especially on a cold wet evening. We came on Tuesday May 6th around 8pm when it was very rainy.
To whoever is in charge. Make sure these guys get at least free meals for a WHILE. They're some of your best workers, that's important to have nowadays especially with how high turnovers and rare talent to find is. Thank you so much for reading, we will be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

(forgive me for typo on the spelling of his name) but Jerrit was absolutely AMAZING!! he mentioned being glad to be back after 4 months of being away and his service was spectacular. friendly, attentive, wasn’t afraid to spark up conversation, overall the experience was the best i’ve had at this location! the location is always great but today was spectacular. 10/10!!!!
