Nothing looks anything like the advertised version of the food.
I used to love Taco Bell, but that was many, many years ago when you actually got a good serving of ingredients. It seems now that everything is soupy (watered down).
We don’t eat there very often, unless we are looking for something really cheap.

The food was prepared fast. Didn't really interact with staff since everything is done by a screen. Food was good and well made. No complaints.

Got that limited time Franks hot chicken tender taco. Now if it's made fresh it's really good but if they just leave the chicken tender to sit like last night you could break a tooth. My dog almost died it was so bad I had to perform a Heimlich maneuver and rip the rock hard chicken out of his throat. Please make the chicken fresh pets lives depend on it when we can't eat it because it's so bad

I ordered two meals for my partner and I and only received half my order. When we told them they were talking so much shit at the window loudly as if we were the problem. We were nothing but polite. If you’re going to talk ish through drive through, next time show up at the window face to face. “10 minutes later” cause you didn’t do it right the first time. Learn to fold a taco quicker and check your work and you wouldn’t have those problems. Come correct or stay home 🤷🏽♀️

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Taco Bell. I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito, but there was *no grilled cheese on the outside at all* which defeats the whole point of ordering that item. On top of that, the regular crunchy taco I received had a shell that was cold, hard, and tasted almost stale. To make things worse, it came with sour cream and tomatoes, which I didn't ask for. I expect better attention to detail, especially when I'm paying for something specific. Do better, Taco Bell.

I don't know her name, but the younger girl yall have working there at nights, shes blonde, where's glasses and works drive thru needs to learn some better customer service skills. Just extremely rude, and unfriendly. I didnt even order food, I was picking up a doordash order and had to go through the drive thru, due to the lobby being closed. I understand it was late and working fast food is rough but DONT WORK A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB IF YOU HATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She had an nasty additude everytime I came in to pick up an order. Yall probably shouldnt put her on drive thru anymore. Either that or she just needs to quit if she hates that job that much lmao.

Not sure if there’s any point in submitting feedback. I already sent a message and requested a follow up but never heard from anyone. Clearly customer service isn’t important to Taco Bell. Very disappointed. I ordered on the Taco Bell app and received an email stating the order would be READY at 6:25pm. I arrived at 6:29pm and was told they had not even started on the order. The drive thru continued to flow while everyone inside stood around wondering why they were not getting their food. It was over twenty minutes past the time I was told it would be done (got my food at 6:48pm). The exuberant prices have already caused me to eat at Taco Bell much less frequently, and now it’s not even FAST food. Furthermore, the sauce cups barely had anything in them. I like the creamy jalapeño sauce with my bean burrito. They charge $.30 extra and don’t even put enough in a cup to enjoy one tiny bean burrito. Come on, Taco Bell! Do better!!
