Eric was great manager. Saw I had a coupon from having a issue and took care of my whole meal. Only thing I do not like is having to order on kiosk and then pay someone cash. No one takes your order anymore.

Literally is the worst taco bell I've ever had every time all items taste better at other taco bells weird large squishy chucks in food and wrong menu items. Also online ordering doesn't work.(Not there fault but still)

the employee names Matthew w. Was very rude and unprofessional he gave my family and I a very hard time when we were trying to order food after a long night. He was very disrespectful and mean, he said I looked stupid when I couldn’t figure out the screen order thing. Will not be returning too this location every again. 1 star ong

My wife tells him that they forgot a taco and they want to search her bag like she's trying to steal a taco and we even rounded up and donated to the damn place and the manager was the rude person I don't recommend this Taco

I'm sad to write this review because for the most part the staff is very kind.I ordered from the online app and chose "grab and go"When my order was ready I followed the apps instructions that said "Your Order Is ReadyTime to feast! Park up front, head inside and grab yourorder."I easily saw my name on the order, grabbed it, and walked out. Once I got to the parking lot I realized I had been chased by an employee who was then YELLING at me that I can't just grab my order and leave. I was extremely embarrassed so I asked him if he needed to see proof that it was my order, he said it was ok and that next time I need to "check in"1) I don't need to be chased and yelled at2) am I supposed to check in or not? The app doesn't say so in the instructions but the employee is so convinced that I need to that he chases me and yells at me. Which is it?

Nice employees, perfectly made food. Terrible new system for ordering, placed my order on the tablet, it's the only way, tapped pay cash and it said someone would come collect. Next customer comes through the door and can't figure out how to operate tablet so an employee comes to help him instead of me. By the time he was done ordering and now he is ahead of me my order is no longer in existence. He has to reorder it and now I wait for the guy who came in after me to get his HUGE ORDER. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
