If you haven’t tried Uncle’s Hawaiian Kitchen here in Prescott Valley, you are MISSING OUT. This food truck is hands-down one of the best things to happen to this town. Every bite tastes like it was made with love straight from the islands. We just moved here from Oahu a few months ago and I wanted to cry on the first bite!
I’m talking flavor that hits your soul, portions that actually fill you up, and that authentic Hawaiian comfort food that’s almost impossible to find on the mainland….let alone right here in PV!

Just like momma used to make! My parents lived in Hawaii for quite a few years and my mom used to make the BEST Kalua Pig. I got the combo plate with the pork and teriyaki chicken. Oh my gosh: yummm! Everything was seasoned perfectly, the mac salad was perfect, and the slice of fresh pineapple was an awesome surprise. Not to mention the incredibly friendly service and cute music playing from the truck. Truly a must-try!

The truck was easy to locate and conveniently off the main highway. We ordered two of the poké bowls and were not disappointed. The fish was fresh and a generous portion; you could expect to pay at least $16 in Phoenix. The employees were friendly, and even put in a surprise piece of chicken for our pup, who couldn’t have been more thrilled. I wish we lived closer so I could enjoy this place on a regular basis.

The chicken, pork, two scoops of rice,and mac salad was a real Hawaiian taste with all that Hawaiian food taste like full of favors and the right seasoning just like being in Hawaii. And a side of ribs OMG the best . Thank you for bringing Hawaiian food to Prescott Valley. Will be back to try more.
