Went to get my food I ordered on the app. Got all of it. Asked for 4 ranch to go with my breakfast fries. I love to dip my fries in ranch sauce. I have always been given them. Not this time , was told I’d have to pay 2 dollars for them. I said that’s a rip off. I order other places all the time, no ranch charges. You need to care about your customers better!

They need to learn how to read or something. 9/10 they will get your order wrong even if you go inside.
Lack of training and commen sense. To be honest its the whole store. And sense when were you allowed to just have a customer bag and make there own sandwich.

I was just in there tonight and got a dine in. And the woman Vanity was so nice and respectful it was such a breath of fresh air I’m young so I don’t want to sound like a old guy but most fast food places the people working are burnt out don’t look at you or talk and are rude and this person was the opposite the way she talked and helped everyone restored faith I had in humanity a little bit . give her a raise and do what ever you can to keep her !

I order my food and when I got home I noticed that some of my order was missing so I called the store and a guy named Randy answer I explain to him my food was missing his response was “well there is nothing we can do” I can’t believe that a company will not give you the food you paid for. That is straight up stealing my money

This place deserves 0 stars. They mess up every order I get from here to the point I don’t leave the drivethru till I check and get the order fixed. Tonight I thought they got it right till I got home and my son got spicy chicken nuggets. How hard is it to read and put something in a bag correctly, I don’t understand how these people make it through life.
