Alfonso's is always my favorite for Mexican food in Prescott. Especially if you're not looking to sit down somewhere formal. I love their chimichangas and I frequently get the rolled tacos special. Alfonso's never disappoints.
I've always had a good solid experience in this Alfonso's. The only downside for me is they use lard in their beans and I don't eat pork products. But the steak egg and cheese burritos and the carne asada burritos are always delicious.
Food was the best carnitas I've had since moving to Arizona 4 years ago. Nice quiet little. Spot. Huge selection of food. My buddy got a machaca breakfast burrito and said it was some of the best he's had and hes a valley native. Highly recommend.
