Prescott Az Applebee's Service was horrible, we ordered a steak well done and chicken strips dinner. She brought me Diet Pepsi instead of Pepsi. I know mistakes happen but on my refill she brought me Diet again. When my husband told her she said no it's Pepsi but I'll change it . After a while she brings me another diet Pepsi 😡 Then our food came out and the chicken strips looked like a kid's meal they were skinny and small. Denny's chicken strips are Bigger . I got my steak and it was not well done smh sent it back. Came back 10 minutes later still pink. Then she told me she will just take my steak and for me to keep my sides. I told her if I do that then they are going to be cold when I do end up getting my steak. It took 30 minutes total before I received my food. The steak was well done with half of it missing a lot thinner. At that point I had to eat alone. The manager brought it out and said is it ok now. I checked and said it looks well done . She walked away after that. All I want is what I pay for. Customer service is horrible, food was not much better. I won't be going back to this place. It doesn't even deserve one star.

the chicken was chewy and hard to pull apart. felt like one giant ligament. our waitress barley checked on us i forgot her name but we were seated near the bar and where the servers checked out. we had to wait THIRTY minutes for our change and saw a bartender put money from register into his wallet.

They have food specials for a party of 2 broken down into certain categories of prices. 2 for 26 or 2 for 30 etc. Good burgers steak n broccoli.

My guest had the Oriental salad. I had the bourbon chicken with shrimp. It was a little oily missing the bourbon flavor. But shrimp was season nice.

The chicken was literally inedible. The lowest grade food. I dont even want to know where they source their chicken from because that was not a breast it was a industrial manipulated hunk of meat... not happy
The workers are very slow, I waited 35 minutes for my food to come, and it was alright.

Whenever we come to Prescott, we come here. My husband loves their quesadilla burger. I had a cheeseburger, and they both were delicious and juicy. We spoke with the District Manager who was very helpful, and we told her how much we like this restaurant. We highly recommend it.

An hour and a half for dinner was longer than desired. We should’ve left after we had to repeat the order the second time. The prepared salad almost drowned in dressing. But the breadstick was amazing. And the server tried, moved quickly and had a pleasant attitude. The steak was very good.

My wife loves The wonton tacos and she gets them every time we get food at your restaurant. I'm into the burgers it was all good.
