I used to not care for Arby's until I started coming to this particular restaurant. Service and food is ALWAYS great! Training a new guy at the register today. Co-manager was very patient in helping him thru the steps of taking an order with a coupon. All employees seem happy to work at this store. Genuinely reflects on management's leadership and mentorship skills. Kenny the GM is one of the most engaged managers I've seen at any fast food restaurant. Visible on every visit. This guy has the secret sauce to run this place (pun intended), and likely any restaurant. Thanks to the whole team, and keep up the good work!

Went to the location on Iron Springs Rd Tuesday early Tuesday to order 2 roast beef sandwich s and was told out of roast beef. Ahhhhh where am I..... Arby's roast beef???? No apologize and the manager was standing there and said nothing. Unexceptional. Another customer walked out as well!!

Nothing against this location. It was good and the employees were friendly. But this is not the Arby’s I grew up with! And that’s true of all Arby’s now. Just not the same quality of meat of even 10 years ago. And I grew up in the 80s and the roast beef was great!

3 people working, no one else but myself in the restaurant & had to wait 5 minutes at the counter before my order was taken. Some of the chairs were upside down on the tables. Poor lighting. I may have stayed had it not been deserted. Food okay, but over priced.

They asked me at order time if I wanted any sauce or ketchup and I told him horsey sauce and ketchup and he repeated it back to me. Got to window to pay and get our food and he says so no sauces? Once again I told him horsey and ketchup. We get our food and drive to park and eat it about a mile away and no horsey sauce at all in bag. He gave me lots of arbys sauce that I didn't ask for, tho. Open up my beef and cheddar sandwich and no Arby's sauce on sandwich at all, almost no cheese, and the meat was laying in wrapper instead of on bun. Paid almost $13 and couldn't even get what I asked for and sandwich was a mess. Im not a complainer, but this was ridiculous. So careless.

A lot of fast food places today do not have good service. Not just short staffed but just poor customer service. Not today at the Prescott Arby’s! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Everyone was so friendly. We told the cashier our order and he suggested ordering a kids meal to make it cheaper. It was so professional and clean. You could tell they are well managed. Good job!
