A lot of fast food places today do not have good service. Not just short staffed but just poor customer service. Not today at the Prescott Arby’s! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Everyone was so friendly. We told the cashier our order and he suggested ordering a kids meal to make it cheaper. It was so professional and clean. You could tell they are well managed. Good job!

We have the gyros quite regularly, but today's gyro was dry and crumbly! We couldn't pick them up to eat and it was so messy.

Just wanted to leave a review to let people know what great staff you have at this location. I’d like to recognize “Dawon” specifically. Dawon was the shift manager that I had the pleasure of interacting with this evening. He was very kind and helpful and it was very apparent that he takes pride in his job and in providing a great experience for his customers. He also assisted me with a promo that wasn’t working on the app and I appreciated that. It’s not often that you see genuine care in the customer service industry anymore and it’s the little things like this that go a long way. Unbeknownst to him, I had one heck of a day at work and his kindness really helped take the edge off of a rough day. I’d also like to mention that the interactions that I’ve had with all of the other staff there have also always been wonderful. Everyone is always so friendly with a warm smile. You’ve got a great group of people working there! Thanks you guys!
