We used to enjoy coming here as a family to get the kids a treat some nights and have been to this location quite a few times this year. More recently almost every order is not made correctly. The most recent order was two items and both were not correct. That’s what happens when indifferent teenagers with bad attitudes run the store. One instance I paid for the mistake but will not be going to this BR anymore at night when the teenagers are working. We’ll instead go to the other BR, DQ, Culver’s, etc.Have never had any issues during the day, always excellent service.I recommend avoiding this store, especially at night and weekends.

Ice cream was good, but portion size is ridiculously small. I ordered a banana royale. Price was almost ten dollars and it looked like two very small scoops , I remember the days when they use to fill the cup, this time it was a little more than half filled. For that price I’ll go buy the ice cream and bananas and make my own, probably 6 for the price of one. I understand that prices are increasing so I paid a lot more but to increase price and decrease portion size is scandalous. I did order through door dash but I picked up.

The kids they have working here seem brain dead. They don't know what products they even sell. There is a giant book of different cakes and clown cones and the kids working the counter asked if I brought it in! What?! No! It's chained to your counter. Then she looks at me and says our cake decorator doesn't work when she doesn't feel like it. Someone please open a cold stone creamery

Kyrra and Marae are the best ever! Very energetic and polite. Arrived at 9:40 pm and they were cleaning up to close. They had several put away but went and pulled the chocolate chip cookie dough back out for me.

Rolled up to the drive-through tonight at 9:30 PM to grab some ice cream for the family and my neighbor. Google says that they close at 10 PM. The open sign was still on when we got there. We sat at the window for a few minutes and nobody came. Then all of the sudden I saw an employee peek around the corner at us, and then go back into hiding. Yes, they wanted to close early, I understand. But the right thing to do would have been to at least come to the window and tell us that you are closing early rather than making a sit there and wait for nothing. ?♂️

The little girl in there was very nice and very sweet meet but the adult that was helping her she was a complete j*** and made our order wrong... It's sad when a child has better customer service skills than the adult....
