Just love their food. Onion straws are to die for. Well I took my wife back out on Valentine's day 2026 and was pretty dissapointed. No more onion straws. Had the fish and chips and fish sandwich. Both were under cooked and mushy. Service was great. Biggest problem was the gift card. Their machine actually ate my gift card. Waitress ran it and I gave the remaining 9 bucks as a tip. As we were walking out I was stopped and the person behind the bar said the card didn't have any thing on it. She kept trying to run it. I explained that it was run and that is why their is no balance. It was used up. She fought me saying they have no record of the gift card paying the bill. The waitress said she saw it confirm the transaction but the other person ignored her several times. I finally had to pay the bill again with a credit card. My wife is ill and for her to get out was special, only to have problems like this. No more Bills Grill.

Great staff and pleasant surroundings. Hamburgers were outstanding, top notch! Fries and onion rings not good. Not crispy and poor seasoning on fries. Onion rings too heavy a batter and no crispness. Will be back for burgers! Check with Whataburger on how to fry cook!

Fish and chips are good. If its not busy take the risk but if its busy dont bother staying. Service is horrible we just spent 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for our food. Waitress only showed up once and the food was cold like it had been sitting out for a hour. Ended up boxing it up myself and leaving so I can heat it up at home as it was not worth the wait to make it right.

Broccoli and cheddar cheese water. Basically that’s what it was. It did not have flavor and it wasn’t creamy. It was just water. Very disappointing. Everything else was great.
