5 days ago, I ordered a gluten-free pizza. The next day I developed a severe flare of my microscopic colitis that results from exposure to even small amounts of gluten. My recommendation is that as I have been told you cannot control for flour in the kitchen resulting in cross-contamination, then you should not be selling gluten-free pizza. This is misleading and unfair to your customers. It also presents for you a potential legal liability. You can be rested for this going to be quite a while before I get past this flare up of my colitis. This is been my experience in the past when it exposed to even mini School amounts of flour.

The people are friendly, the service is wonderful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the pizza is fan-freaking-tastic!
While taking our Wedding photos around the town, we made sure to visit Bill's Pizza for a snack break. 10000% would do it again!
