Tried to place a bigger order months in advance for a wedding party (looking to grab them ourselves and bake on site, easy for restaurant was the goal but it was a soft inquiry) and my fiance was met with extreme rudeness and aggressive attitude from Mr. Ponytail. This is the 3rd time we've had issues with this man and he's soured our opinion of your restaurant. Another time we were on the phone with an employee placing a to go order and pulled up while still on the line, and we could see him throwing an absolute tantrum about us placing an order (it was a bit later, about an hour from close), so we just left. I see other reviews complaining about him, he clearly hates what he does.

The sign says “Fast Slices, Great Pizza”. Can’t say anything about how fast those slices are — we had two 10” pies — and they were damn good. The ingredients fresh, the crust just right, the pie hot and delicious. When the pizza’s really good, you don’t need to sprinkle any parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes to it. I didn’t, it was really good, but they had them on the table if that’s your thing. I ordered The Whiskey Row while my girlfriend built her own with sausage, mushrooms, garlic and Bill’s Sauce, a combination of red sauce & pesto. Both pies quite delicious. I don’t recall our server’s name (Temple, maybe?), but she was tops. I really appreciate a server who is attentive but doesn’t interrupt your conversation or ask you “How’s everything tasting, guys?” just as you’re stuffing your mouth with pizza. She was pleasant, helpful and made us feel at home.

Saw people online talk about this place so when I drive out to Prescott I knew I had to stop here. It's a cute little pizza by the slice spot. My family and I ordered a custom pizza that was delicious. The large was enough to feed 4 adults. If you find yourself wanting pizza in the area, I can't recommend this place enough.

Update: I reached out to the owner about this and he responded immediately & apologized. I am very pleased with his response and if you take the guy with the pony tail beard out of the equation, I am sure this would be a great place to eat. It smelled amazing and the other people working there were nice.I have never written a review before but I thought that this one was important. My son was craving pizza so we decided to try out Bill’s Pizza for lunch. I also had my sister in law with me and a friend. The place was crowded when we got there. We went in and we spoke to a dark haired kid who told us that there was a wait list and the wait would be around 20 minutes. We gave him our name (Michelle) and he told us to wait outside and we would be called. We went outside and waited. It took about 20 minutes and the kid came out calling for Michael. We did not answer because our name was Michelle. After some time we saw people going in and sitting so Michelle went in to ask. The kid apologized saying wrong name was called and pointed at a table for us to sit at. We sat and a little man with pony tail beard came to the table cleaning it saying “did someone tell you to sit here?” We said yes and he said “whatever” with an attitude. He came back aggressively throwing four menus on the table asking for drink order. He was asked him what beers they had and he said “we are out of beer”and then said very loudly “see I can lie like you”. All of us sat there staring at him not sure what was going on. He was asked if there was a problem and when I say this man lost his mind he literally lost his mind. He started screaming at us. The whole restaurant is looking at us. He is screaming at us to get out. We continue to sit there in shock and he continues to scream for us to get out. We get up to leave and I see the dark haired kid and I go up to him and say “can you please tell this man that you told us to sit at the table”. The crazy man came up to me again and with a very loud voice told me to get out and that he had the authority to kick a person out. I am a 60 year old woman who is a Chemical Engineer and my son goes to Embry Riddle. I have never seen someone act in such a way and hope to never see this again. This man has mental issues and should never be allowed to work with the public.

We first ate here in 2020 and try to go here when we travel to Prescott. They have always been tasty and we recognize a few people who still work here. Go downtown and seek them out. (BillsPizza, yum).

Food was decent! Service was horrible. Place is ran by teenagers. I was chased out by a punk kid with piercings all over her face, just because they wanted more open tables in an already empty restaurant......
