Really beautiful atmosphere, right on the corner of everything. Wonderful service. My drink was fantastic. Food was lacking :( The best part of my steak, mashed potatoes, and asparagus was the asparagus, which was actually perfectly cooked. Steak was overdone and potatoes were cold and felt like play dough.
Connected to the historic St. Michael's Hotel, the Bistro is warm and relaxing with high tiled ceiling and beautiful rich woodwork. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server, Melonai, was pleasant, accommodating, and consistently attentive. The menu offered a brisket Mac and chesse that sounded amazing but since I was not hungry enough to try it this time, I will have to go back. Instead we opted to share calamari which was lightly breaded and tender; buffalo wings...
My daughter and I really enjoyed everything about this restaurant. We were there last night and our server was the sweetest. She made us feel special and really took care of us. The food was delicious, both of us had fish and chips. We had a window seat that was lovely with the courthouse all lit up. We will definitely return when we visit again.
