got 3 cookies n cream shakes for my little cousins, they didn’t like it because it didn’t taste like it should, they got cookies n cream and it tasted like vanilla, I told the worker if we could pick another 3, she said to throw it away and we did. We got charged 19$ for 3 other drinks we never ordered and so we left horrible customer service

First time at this location and I am wowed. The young man at the counter gave exceptional customer service . The atmosphere is so warm and cozy and their coffee was perfect.

Possibly the LEAST friendly service experience I’ve ever had since visiting regularly in Prescott for the last 15 years. Dark haired girl behind the counter acted like she was pissed off that I had come in and bothered her.

The wait was ridiculous, my breakfast sandwich was burnt AND the cheese was cold. The window attendant asked for a tip, but we had waited so long that it didn't seem appropriate to tip extra for a drive thru experience. I've had this sandwich several times, but have never been asked for extra money. The food was exceptionally bad as retaliation for not tipping. It was obvious. I won't be back.

Omg we drove all the ways from Dewey to get some donuts and we were not disappointed!!! Delicious, fresh!!! The best donuts me and my family have had!!! The ladies there are so sweet and polite and were talking to my two boys about what kind they wanted we went for one dozen left with a dozen and a half!!! lol 😂
