Possibly the LEAST friendly service experience I’ve ever had since visiting regularly in Prescott for the last 15 years. Dark haired girl behind the counter acted like she was pissed off that I had come in and bothered her.

The wait was ridiculous, my breakfast sandwich was burnt AND the cheese was cold. The window attendant asked for a tip, but we had waited so long that it didn't seem appropriate to tip extra for a drive thru experience. I've had this sandwich several times, but have never been asked for extra money. The food was exceptionally bad as retaliation for not tipping. It was obvious. I won't be back.

Omg we drove all the ways from Dewey to get some donuts and we were not disappointed!!! Delicious, fresh!!! The best donuts me and my family have had!!! The ladies there are so sweet and polite and were talking to my two boys about what kind they wanted we went for one dozen left with a dozen and a half!!! lol 😂

Well Good and Bad. The Good were the donuts and the Apple Fritter. They tasted very good. The Bad was the Price $6.94 for 1 Apple Fritter and two cake donuts. Also bad was the communication. Very poor ability to speak english.

I’ve never been to a Bosa Donuts and I’m glad that this one was my first experience! What a delightful place. Bear with the long review, I’m a Bosa neophyte and this one deserves the detail.
Leaving Prescott to head back to the Valley and the traffic was stressing me out after an amazingly peaceful trip on the outskirts of town. I decided I needed a coffee. (Yes, yes, add to the stress 🙃). I walked in and the stress immediately left my body as I was greeted by the most soothing atmosphere with gentle lighting, a quiet area with couches to the right and high top and low top seating to the left.
I thought I was in the wrong place for a second because there were no loud coffee machines or blenders and the counter is recessed behind a small wall. This place is deceptively large inside!
And then the donuts, food and drink menu. Oh my! No coffee for me, they had delicious iced Chai Latte.
The only thing better than the atmosphere, the layout, and the menu selection was the lovely people helping the customers. Patient with this newbie and genuinely warm and welcoming! Pretty sure all Bosa’s will pale in comparison.

I didn't want to pay 15.00 for two sandwiches I couldn't understand the employee her English was bad an I didn't want 2 an ask her to void that transaction an she refuse too I only wanted one sandwich not two an she wouldn't refund my money for one sandwich. An her excuse was I rang it up already. This is mess up
