It wasn't the worst experience, but it wasn't the best either. The staff members weren't very welcoming nor friendly. The tables hadn't been wiped down & I definitely do NOT recommend their sandwiches. The donuts are ok.

Being from Phoenix I was slightly upset I didn't find a raspado place easily found on Google but come to the rescue BoSa with their delicious smoothie assortment and delicious bobas. The young man at the counter was informative and gave great suggestions. The atmosphere was different than what we find in Phoenix and had a more relaxed and small town vibe with a small couch lounge which is where we enjoyed our drinks and donuts with a few friends and family. Thanks guys! P.S. BoSa taro smoothie with tapioca boba is hands down my favorite I've ever had. I'm glad this place has the same flavor as in Phoenix!

We came to prescott for the court house lighting and stopped here to get something to warm us up. The staff were absolutely amazing. Super nice and patient even though we came in right before closing. The staff talked to the kids and were truly genuine. We accidently left some items in the lobby, and they kept it safe, and when we came to pick it up again very polite and understanding. For being young workers, they are top-notch customer service. The lobby was clean and very welcoming. We would have stayed to enjoyed but didn't want them to have to stay open later for us.

Great job team! Great donuts team! Great experience team. I was there for business a month back and needed 4 dozen donuts. I didn’t catch her name but the lady that packed them up was awesome. Super kind, super considerate, and super caring. She is a gem and I wish I took her name down for this review. I even forgot my drink and she chased me down and gave it to me. Last note is that somehow she packed 52 donuts in about 23 seconds. Perfectly at that. I will forever make this my business goodie gift location thanks to the device I was given. It’s nice to find good places with employees that care.
