It wasn't the worst experience, but it wasn't the best either. The staff members weren't very welcoming nor friendly. The tables hadn't been wiped down & I definitely do NOT recommend their sandwiches. The donuts are ok.

Being from Phoenix I was slightly upset I didn't find a raspado place easily found on Google but come to the rescue BoSa with their delicious smoothie assortment and delicious bobas. The young man at the counter was informative and gave great suggestions. The atmosphere was different than what we find in Phoenix and had a more relaxed and small town vibe with a small couch lounge which is where we enjoyed our drinks and donuts with a few friends and family. Thanks guys! P.S....

We came to prescott for the court house lighting and stopped here to get something to warm us up. The staff were absolutely amazing. Super nice and patient even though we came in right before closing. The staff talked to the kids and were truly genuine. We accidently left some items in the lobby, and they kept it safe, and when we came to pick it up again very polite and understanding. For being young workers, they are top-notch customer service.
