Worst food, if that's what you want to call it, I've ever payed good money for. I got a APPLE FRITTER and my wife go a BOSTON CREAM. The fritter had no apples and was the smallest fritter I've ever seen, and most expensive. My wife got the BOSTON Cream, and we're not sure what it was filled with but there's no way it's Bavarian cream, which it's supposed to be. It was disgusting, and my fritter was as hard as a rock, neither of them could have been eaten. We would have taken them back but we were on our way to church and didn't want to be late. WORST EXCUSE FOR DONUTS I'VE EVER HAD THE DISAPPOINTMENT TO ATTEMPT TO EAT.
Best Donuts in Prescott! I stand on that.
Best donuts around
LOVE their Boba smoothies!! The price point is perfect, taste is delicious. Staff was so friendly and welcoming, definitely recommend if you need your Boba fix and don't want to trek 2hrs to Phoenix just to get it. Thank You Bosa! 😍 this made my day! My smoothies was Mango with Strawberry and Passion fruit poppin Boba.
My most favorite lunch in Arizona. I always stop for a fluffy croissant, loads of meat and the fresh veggies to top it off.
Terrible customer service. There was s misunderstanding with the coupon and they double charged me for an item. Instead of refunding me that cashier snapped at me and said she already started making the food. There's no grills in this place. Everything is microwaved and for less than 15 seconds have passed. There's no reason why she couldn't have refunded me once the mistake was noticed. Instead she was incredibly rude. Will not be coming back
I ordered 5 donuts, and they gave us two extra apple fritters!
Boston Cream donut - 4/5 nice but maybe more cream
Jelly donut - 5/5
Apple fritter - 4.5/5 good but slightly dry (maybe because I ordered late at night)
Cinnamon bun donut - 5/5
The Thai ice tea was good as well.
Says online they're open til 730, came here before 7 and all the hours on the door say they close at 6.
We only stop by for the taro smoothie. It's just too good to resist, honestly. Seriously, it's like a party in a glass. Every sip is pure bliss, and it's the perfect pick-me-up.

For Arizona not too bad on the donuts. Coffee horribly overpriced.

Their customer service lacks basic manners. We can all understand they are under staffed. But when a customer walks in and waiting to be served is necessary at least acknowledge their presence with a greeting. Pretending not to see someone is rude and unprofessional.

Boston cream were undercooked. Maple bars and éclair need thicker and richer frosting. The fritters and old fashion were delicious 9/10. Would visit again with lowered expectations.

Dude. They have the best deli type sandwiches here. Especially on bagels. AND THE BOBA IS SO GOOD DUDE.
the service is amazing! Extremely kind and patient people working there ?
Not a ton of seating inside but like... Who cares it's good food. Good to take to-go
Dietary restrictions: I was trying a diet where I wasn't eating bread, so I asked the staff if I could order a sandwich without bread, and they lettuce wrapped it for me! Very tight too. It was really good AND there's no bread to get soggy so I can eat it later, it's a win win frfr
