I sent it back when I could tell that the bread had a “sheen” to it and they confirmed their “vegan burger” isn’t really vegan. They fixed the bread. However, the patty is mush. And has no seasoning.

I used to love Brown Bag when they were at their previous location but no more. They moved to downtown Prescott where parking to say the least is a complete nightmare. They changed not for the better but for the worst as the menu is different and more expensive and limited as far as the burgers are concerned. Before you could a single, double, or even a triple patty burger and they were big, great tasting and filling. Now you get one little skimpy patty and a much smaller bun and wondering why the price went up and not the size or quality of the burger to justify the increase. My wife and I stopped in the other day and with the tip our lunch without drinks was just under $40 and for around $25 we could have and should have done Whataburger and in my opinion a superior burger in all aspects. Like so many other things today you pay more and get less and Brown Bag is a perfect example of this. Needless to say I won't be going back and I would suggest to anyone looking for a good Hamburger and consider Brwon Bag, keep looking.

Had a breakfast reservation for 8:30am, but when we got there, they were closed.
When we called them, we were told they decided to stop doing breakfast.

WHAT KIND OF PLACE DOES THIS?

Great little dive hamburger joint. Casual atmosphere and great hamburger!

Ordered through DoorDash 🚗

The burgers were unique and yummy 😋 I got the cajun burger and it had a nice flavor profile; although it was less spicy than I preferred 🌶️

The wife got a hangover burger and she loved it as did I from my few accidental bites 🍳

Tater tots were good, just needed some salt added 🧂 and the french fries were excellent! 🥔🍟

Do yourself a favor a order the spicy ranch, it was bomb!!! 💣

I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, our experience missed the mark in several ways.

From the moment we were seated, it felt like we were forgotten. It took about 10 minutes before anyone came by to ask for our drink order, and things didn’t really improve from there. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed, and at one point, we even overheard them openly complaining about the kitchen to nearby tables, which didn’t create the most welcoming atmosphere.

The music was also unusually loud and a bit jarring for the vibe. As someone who is hard of hearing, it made it especially difficult to enjoy a conversation with my boyfriend.

Our food took 45 minutes to arrive — and even then, our order wasn’t right. We had only ordered two plain cheeseburgers, so the delay and mix-up were frustrating. To make things harder, our waitress was nowhere to be found for most of the meal. We needed drink refills and condiments but couldn’t flag anyone down, as much of the waitstaff had seemingly disappeared, and it wasn't like it was busy. I attached a photo of the empty dining room.

I don’t write this to be harsh — I understand that restaurants have off days. But this experience was disappointing. I hope the management can take this as helpful feedback and make some improvements, because the place has potential.

Good burger. The lager beer was very acceptable, nice bittering hops good floral citric notes, no haze.

Ordered a Hangover Burger @ 12:15, to go, Didn’t get my Burger until 12:50 and ordered smashed tots I never got and cut in half which it wasn’t. To add insult to injury I ordered it medium well and it was well & dry. Never will get a burger here again, first time and the last time.

We had a reservation for 8:30. We left our name and phone number. We got there and no one was in restaurant. No one answered the phone when we called.
This make for a bad impression.

This was a severely disappointing experience. Previously we had tried to eat here twice to which the kitchen had closed 45 minutes early the first time and the second time they were randomly closed on a sunday during their regular working hours with a sign on the door saying sorry closed.

none the less, we still wanted to try it as it is in a beautiful location and we had heard good things. we arrived and were seated immediately where they took our orders. I had ordered the hangover burger- cheddar cheese and my boyfriend the patty melt, add bacon, both medium. It took about 20 minutes to get our food and when it arrived both of our burgers were missing bacon, my burger had the wrong cheese, and the patty melt was rare. After about 10 minutes we had to flag down the waitress because she never checked on us after delivering our food to which we explained the error and they brought the bacon and cheese on some side plates, but nothing to be done about the temperature of the burger as we were short on time now. The table, and none of the tables around us, had napkins and during our wait for food the other wait staff was openly vaping in the middle of the dining area. The service did not make up for any of our long wait or messed up food, and never offered any refills for our clearly empty cups. This was a horrible experience and it’s such a shame that such a nice restaurant space isn’t being used to its full potential.

They have a house-made veggie party and vegan cheese, and I really liked it (had it as it comes, with the jam, too). Good fries too!

View was great of courthouse! Hamburger was dry. Everything squished on 1 plate. No wine selection. Other than view, I wont go back.

Tried the Dante’s inferno burger, which was one of the spicer ones of the menu, totally loved the spice level and the taste. We also got the brown bag handcrafted beer, which was hoppy and real good. Friendly servers, made it all worth while.
