Always very professional. I eat here often. I'm a local who has been here 33 years. I enjoy everything here. I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend the Dinner Bell Cafe! You won't go wrong. I noticed some unsatisfactory reviews about this cafe. I don't know what the customers were expecting. When you're traveling, and you want to find where the locals go, this is the place. Enjoy your meal at the Dinner Bell Cafe. Tom Rutherford

Nice mom and pop cafe with very hard working waitstaff (what'll you have?....sweetie....). Typical cafe menu. We both had the waffle and eggs special. I had the buckwheat (undercooked and doughy, over cooked eggs) and my wife had the regular (she like it all). Good coffee. Okay, but there are better spots in Prescott.

Honestly one star is generous. The high reviews are from locals who probably frequent here and know the owners. The food portions are way to small and it was priced way too high for the portion size. Food was cooked bad and the service was horrible. They’re rude and don’t even greet you. It doesn’t take much to be friendly. Would not ever eat here again.

So everyone was so friendly when we first walked in,we had our service dog with us and we’re going to sit on the back patio, everywhere so far in this city is extremely dog friendly, when we walked in the dining room we were greeted by a really nice lady behind the counter that said how cute our dog was,so clearly she saw we had our pup with us,she gave us directions to the patio, when we walked into the dining room that connected to the patio, the first thing this woman said in a really rude tone of voice was “ dogs aren’t allowed” and said it 3 or 4 times, then with a huge sigh said “ookkaayyy”but no one can deny entrance to legit service dogs so we just kept walking to go to sit on the patio, she was supposed to be serving our table but I guess she was so upset at the fact our service dog was sitting with us,she didn’t serve our table and sent someone else out to do it,so just to advise everyone, this restaurant isn’t service dog friendly,if you have a disability that requires a dogs service,I would skip this place ,the other waitresses were nice though, there always has to be one person in a place that’s not so happy this one just happened to have the classic “ Karen” haircut,so I’m sure ya won’t miss her ? photo of our good boy doing his job

Went here first time in about six years. Service was good and the service was very good. Food was another thing. It was a cold and rainy day and they were out of soup. I then ordered half sandwich and salad and that was fine. My wife ordered pulled pork sandwich and the pork was dry with very little sauce. The bun was hard, not the right type for the sandwich. The fries were under done. I guess she didn’t order the right thing.

Ate here 4 or 5 times in 2 weeks. Clean, friendly and efficient. The breakfasts are old school home cooked stick to your ribs delicious. Try the lunch special. I had pot roast and open face beef sandwich. Also, try the Cafe Alveraz at night for real, home cooked Mexican food.

My sister suggested brunch here. It was packed at 10am. But there was room at the counter. The counter with sweet swivel seats. I had the Sunday special Eggs Benedict or Florentine. I chose Florentine with hash browns. It came plain Benedict so our server quickly grabbed some sauted spinach for me. The ham & eggs were well seasoned & sauce tasty. Hash browns soft center crispy edges & crust. Sis had country potatoes, apple bacon, toast & eggs. Crispy bacon had hint of apple smoke. Country taters were well cooked & seasoned. The bill for 2 with drinks came to ~ $30. The kitchen staff was mature (not teens) they know their way around a stove. Parking was easy in front, on Gurley.

Ordered chicken fried steak and eggs. The Chicken fried steak tasted like one you would get frozen at Walmart. The entire meal was just Luke warm. The toast tasted liked it had garlic butter on it. We waited over 45 minutes to just get our food! Will not return!

One of the top dated breakfast places around and it didn’t disappoint. They have the best home fries I ever tasted. Omelets and waffles were also good. We’ll be back!

While shopping we stopped in to the Dinner Bell for lunch. The waitress was friendly, helpful and efficient. The food came in good time and was delicious.

We went in for a casual Sunday breakfast. What a trip. The interior is plain but functional. The place could have been a Hollywood movie set for a small town America diner, complete with the regulars sitting at the counter drinking coffee, solving all the world's problems with their opinions. My Frankie's omelet was excellent. My wife's ham and cheese omelet was also excellent. Portions are ideal, enough to satisfy a hunger, but not too much as to be wasteful. Gloria the server was cheerful and friendly. A must visit when you are in Prescott.

We had good food and great ambiance here. This just a real old fashion type cafe with good ol' American food, no weird ingredients, nobody playing phone games or taking photos of themselves while you are trying to eat in peace. Lovely view outside and such nice waitresses. We went there twice during our stay in Prescott. Hope to go back soon!
