One of our favorite places for clean food. The ladies provide friendly and caring service, the food is superb.Vegetarian options: All the entree items can be made vegetarian. They substitute tofu for any protein.

As a first generation born Thai American, I’m disappointed when I’ve asked for no sugar in my dishes here, and extra spicy. In Thailand, we don’t add sugar to our dishes, only to cut salt. Three times now we’ve received an overload of sugar, despite asking for No Sugar, and it’s not even close to spicy. I miss Thai House Cafe, truly authentic. I’ll be cooking authentic Thai from home.

We came to this shopping plaza intending to get lunch at Zeke's Eating Place, but it had a 20-mintue wait (this was on a Sunday; maybe it was the post-church crowd?). Luckily, Chai's Thai was next door and they had table available, so we changed our plans. Parking is in the large shared lot for the whole plaza, so this isn't a problem. The only actual problem was groups who stopped in the roadway to exchange jackets (?). The interior of the restaurant is plain but with some Thai (restaurant) décor added. We got seated and got our waters quickly. From there, it was a moderate pace to get the orders and the food - not rushed and not slow. Two of us got the Pad Thai (which is always a safe comparative choice at a new / unknown Thai place). We opted for medium spice, which turned out to be good, as their scale seemed aggressive. I liked my dish, but this was in the realm of what I'd normally say was hot or Thai hot. So my advice is for you to dial back your spiciness here on your first visit, so as not to overdo it versus what you are used to. You can always ratchet that up on your second visit if you come back. Prices were quite reasonable. If I lived in the area I'd definitely return here for another meal.

Picked up Thai for my boss's birthday. We ordered a little bit of everything on the menu. Everyone enjoyed it and we had some leftovers for the next day.

We had chicken and shrimp yellow curry and tofu massaman curry- the food was delicious! However, we got it to go and the packaging was terrible. 3 of the lids broke and one of the curries had completely fallen through the other, so we lost half a curry and had a huge mess.

I’m a Thai snob. I love chais yellow curry with veggies level 3 is on point. The chicken basil level 3 was fantastic as well. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant but it’s very cute. I recommend this spot to any Thai lover! So glad I found these guys .

Chai's Tai serves tasty food to your liking of spice. The service was excellent with friendly servers & constant attention to our needs. The ambience is very relaxed with comfortable booths and tables that could accompany large parties. The food is very fresh and some of the best Thai cuisine I've enjoyed. Try it out; you won't be disappointed.

Hey good people of Prescott!! Iam not exaggerating when I say this place has the best Thai food in Prescott and surrounding areas. I have ate at almost all of the Thai restraunts up here and they are the best and so affordable. You wont be disappointed. My favorite dish is the yellow curry. The flavor is amazing and all the veggies that are in the sauce over brown or white rice is addicting. I have to eat here atleast once a week! And my favorite drink is the Thai jasmine infused green tea. I will include pics asap. They are also some of the nicest people. Come and see for yourself. They also will serve for to go orders even large orders. So you can take your meal and have a picnic somewhere beautiful as you will see in my pics. They also have wonderful prices. Come in and suppport these guys youll love every bite!!!

The food here was really good. Service was good as well. They could spice the ambiance up a little, but really, it's the food that counts and this was GOOD! Will go back.

Visiting for the holidays from out of town and was craving curry. Ordered panang curry spice level 3 and it was delicious! Don't try to be too brave on the spice level - 3 is a little more than medium! Large portions.

Place is great and easy take home or delivery joint...Thai level's one button under vs Tara. I love my spice and Tara's spot on regards Thai 5 close to inedible but both flavors are perfect! Wife's Yellow Curry was great and my Pork Pad Thai perfect.
