Went to get dinner for the family, they were out of white rice, veggies and cheese. Not quite sure how you run out of 3 of your main ingredients on a Wednesday. Better believe they’ll charge you full price though

The hours here are incredibly lazy, closing at 7pm is way too early for the area especially on the weekends. The nearby Taco Bell has a line in their drive through until 10pm. Other Mexican restaurants nearby are open much later than this, too, with Rilibertos even being open 24 hrs. Many won’t be surprised when this location shuts down.

How do you have 8 employees working a line out the door and only one person working the customer line? While 3 other employees are standing around talking? Ridiculous

There was a long line out the door so must be good, nope. Friday night at 6pm they are out of lettuce, cheese and the rice was crunchy and undercooked. You would hope they would be more prepared for dinner time on a Friday. After waiting in long line for take out it was very disappointing.

The bowl I got was good but was spicy when I don't get anything spicy in it.

Waited for over an hour for them to open just to go up to the door and it be shut. Sign up that they closed early and would open when they could? No time frame or anytype of explanation as to what was going on and everyone inside would just stare at me but no one came up to say anything.

Highly disappointed to say the least. An item was missing for pickup so had to drive back. Upon further inspection, my order was also inaccurate with a pitiful portion size. Tried getting support from their AI chat bot “Pepper” but to no avail. Quality was been going down for a while now and it shows. Sad to say, Chipotle used to be a go to for a post workout meal but I cannot recommend.

This is not a well run place. It’s not clean. It’s an absolute mess. Almost all the tables had leftover food all over them. The service is bad. The employees barely acknowledge you and are not friendly at all.

I remember Chipotle in the good old days, the customer service was great and the food quality was amazing. I was eating there often back then.
SADLY I don't think I will be going to this location ever again and likely any Chipotle locations.
Tried it today and some of the highlights were:
Undercooked rice
Chips had no salt, I had to add my own.
Tables looked dirty.
The patio had several chairs tipped over and was also dirty.
The guy dishing cheese and salsa hardly looked up at me and carelessly plopped food into he bowls.
My container of Queso was not walked over to the register, not slid acrossed the counter either, it was LITERALLY thrown over to where my order was sitting, I was surprised the container didn't burst open.
At the register the guy slapped my 2 bags of chips into my bag very carelessly.
I payed an amount that would be OK for better quality and service but I don't think I received that today.
As I was leaving I told the guy at the register to have a good night, he didn't say anything, just staired off into space.

Not sure what's going on with this location or Chipotle as a whole but come on guys, it's not COVID era anymore, in house dining is a thing, good customer service is a thing, quality food is a requirement not an extra, especially when I'm spending $45 for 2 meals at a fast food establishment.
