Great place, and good food. The problem is the worker to costumer ratio. I would order on line to help the wait time but it still doesn't help. I put in a order at 12:10, said it would be ready at 12:20. I didn't get my food until 12:53. This place need more team members, period! I feel so bad for the employees, and for the hungry costumers. Completely outrageous

they are very skimpy on portions, love to overcharge, and apparently they forgot how to use a salt shaker ? their beans and rice were completely unseasoned, what a joke !

Haha this location is a joke. I’m not going to go into a full rant cause I don’t care enough. Long story short. I came in got a bowl. My bowl was missing beans. Took it back. Was told they wouldn’t remake my bowl and I couldn’t receive a refund. *Which I tried to get a bowl remade not a refund* a refund was last resort if they were trying to get crazy. Instead I asked if I could just have some beans cause clearly there was so solution. This very RUDE girl took my bowl. Told this boy to put beans on it.. haha I can’t believe they even handed this to me.. a bowl SOAKED in beans and the juice. With maybe 5 pieces of chicken. Wtf… I’m getting ahold of corporate but I’m def leaving a review too. This was crazy. They got $20 of my money tonight. Never again. That food went straight in the trash..

So, I ordered for my girlfriend and I, got my burrito with double meat, recognized that cost of course, but on my girlfriends burrito bowl I asked for them to leave the ingredients kinda seperate instead of all together center mass of the bowl. Staff responded by putting it in side cups, then charging me for every single item as sides, then the burrito bowl in full. When I asked fo a manager they went back to the back room through the kitchen to the manager and said she Goin on her break in a few minutes and doesn't have time to talk to me and to write in to the manager.Then to top it all off, while I was getting the bowl done, they gave me both wrong .eats on the double meat for my burrito, didn't bother to ask again, just through carnitas on it and I dont eat pig so it was just a waste. Over all, the quality of this place is on a dramatic down slide and the management would rather not do its job.I'm reaching out to corporate to get my money back and letting them know the management here couldn't care less about their staff screwing upDietary restrictions: Even if you don't eat pig the staff will replace choices with it, so if you have religious restrictions be careful. They don't even care enough to remake it if they do screw it up. Even the management would rather not deal with issues

Very well managed chipotle. All the bad reviews are from people that came when they had bad workers. It’s a fast food job. The turn over rate is high in places like this. There’s gonna be bad workers and problems from time to time. I’ve been going here for the last 10 years with an average of 200 chipotle visits per year (yes I’m serious) and I can confidently say that this is one of the best managed fast food chain businesses I’ve been to in Prescott.
